2nd Verizon store visiting to get some attention on the phone pairing issues and staff didn’t even bother looking at the phone, told me to call apple??? Where is customer service Verizon?

I highly recommend Bold Wireless in Paramus. I went twice, once to upgrade my phone and then to change my plan. Barry and Elliot are extremely helpful taking time to explain all your options and making sure you get the best deal.

Good store. Went in to get my dad iPhone 5s. Went in there ready to pay $ 199. Sales guy informed me there was a 100 rebate for father day so the phone cost me only $ 99. he also checked my account and said I get a discount off my bill because I work for the post office. Love this location!
