Can’t even get a price for anything over the phone. If I’m making a trip, I don’t want to waste my time if the place is charging insane rates. To have to come in for even an idea of what they are charging is just asking too much of a potential customer. After wrestling a price for microdermabrasion out of Valerie (office manager– also had to pull out of her) at $ 150 a pop, I realized, their pricing is right up with their customer service– crap. I can do way better
