I made the mistake of getting my students loans from these people. My advice? Don’t do unless you want to be hassled CONSTANTLY. They will call you AT WORK several times, and will relentlessly call your cell phone as well. Their customer service representatives leave much to be desired. They are very rude! One had the audacity to say; «Well I see you have a retirement account. You could just use that and we could stop all the BS.» Very unprofessional, and that is also something she should not have access to being that the account is in no way affiliated with Affinity. Luckily enough, she no longer handles my account.
In short they are no only sharks, but very rude sharks. I regret ever using them. If I could go back in time and stop myself, I would.
