this company stinks, system is ok, but when you need help or techinical support… you are put on hold called back in a few days its terrible wish i went somewhere else .if you cant get techinical support its useless, i will have to change …dont believe there sales pitch… they are terrible dont use them my warning to you!

These guys basically ripped me off. It’s a total scam! After reviewing their medical billing software for a couple months and after being promised that it can perform HICFA 1500 and UB-​92 billing, I decided to buy their product. Once I installed the software, their system could not bill anything! Their support people took months to figure out the easiest errors and never got back to us. In the end I just wanted my money back. After politely asking for a refund, they blew me off and stuck a lawyer on me.
These guys are rip off artists. Don’t believe anything they say. Plus they’re in NJ which means they can totally screw you and you have no legal recourse.
