I took in my Xbox 360 for a repair, and walked away from the store with it in hand. They were completely uninterested in taking my money for the repairs… WHO DOES THAT!!!
The owner was rude, dismissive, and snobby. Mind you, I’m Latino, and he was Chinese or Korean or Asian… so let’s put two and two together…
Don’t waste your time for ANYTHING here… unless you like being treated as dirt…

This is a horrible place, they said my computer would be repaired in one week, it took them a month and I had to bring it back twice, enough said

Only reason this is getting one star is because I have to give it a star to rate it. Avoid this place for computer repairs at all costs. Absolute and total scam artist.
My laptop had a burnt motherboard and charging port. I brought my laptop in to just see how much he’d charge. He said $ 90. The laptop had no battery, so he asked me to leave the charger so he can turn it on to test it. So I left my laptop and charger there on a Friday.
Monday comes around, he says I can pick it up. I come in, the SAME person that called me told me that it wasn’t ready and to come back the next day. So I come in on Tuesday, he tells me «One more hour!». Whatever. I come back 3 hours later. He still has it open, sitting on the floor. I tell him I’m not leaving until he gives me the laptop he promised me the day before. So he finishes it up and hands it to me 15 minutes later. I ask him for the charger. He then tells me he NEVER takes chargers from customers. I told him that a few days ago I handed him personally my charger because he needed it. He grumbled something in Chinese and walked to the back. He handed me an adapter. Not a charger, just something that will keep my laptop on when it’s plugged in. He said he doesn’t know where my charger is and shoo’s me out. So now I have a laptop that HAS to be plugged in at all times… What is the point of a laptop then?
Whatever, so I take it home and the internet card doesn’t work. I’m frustrated so I tell my boyfriend to take it in the same week. He goes and drops it off. The guy then avoids our calls for a week. When he picks it up, the same guy asks what my operating system was. He tells him it was Windows 7. Apparently he deleted the operating system (which was the same I had before it fried) and forgot. So he installs something, hands it to my boyfriend, and he leaves.
I get the laptop back and he installed Windows 7 Business Demo. Awesome. So I can’t adjust any settings (brightness, power, etc) because it’s a demo. At this point, I’m just going to make it work because I need Photoshop for my job and needed to get things done. So I install Photoshop, the same Photoshop I’ve used on 2 past computers, and the computer starts running insanely slow. I check the memory and it’s COMPLETELY full. One install and I hadn’t even used it yet! I couldn’t do anything! I take it back, another week goes by and he claims he fixed it. Life happens, haven’t checked it in a week or so, so I had no idea what to expect.
So I go to it today to see if I can tinker with it and what happens? I get a message on start up that says «Missing operating system». Guess that demo was a timed trial, eh?
Long story very short, this guy is a scam artist who doesn’t know jack shit about laptop repair and will just steal your money. The young gentleman and his wife are always very polite, but this guy is rude and a moron.
