Joanna is the best at picking out frames (and sunglasses) for clients! She really has a talent! Dr. Terry was very nice and professional! I got glasses for myself and ended up finding the perfect ones for my Grandma as well!

Been here a few times with my sisters regarding their optical needs. The staff was very friendly and also efficient. The Doctor himself was humorous and very descriptive as how to assist my sisters needs. I highly recommend this office. Customer service is superb and you won’t be able to beat their prices.

The customer service here is great! I’ve been needing to buy a new pair of glasses and they had the right ones and for a reasonable price! They helped me right away and I was able to get my glasses fast. I recommend this place to anyone in the area looking to buy some good looking frames and also looking to get some great customer service also.

Love this place. Prices are resonable. Everyone is supper nice especially Rosa she helped me decide what frames looked good on me & I left with a pair of MK glasses & a pair of Gucci sun glasses.

I came in to have my frames adjusted which I’ve purchased from a different optometrist. Expected to pay a small service fee but ended up getting the service done for free. Although my experience was only brief the staff was very friendly, professional, and informative. This place comes highly recommended and will definitely be back in the future.

Decided to log onto my Unilocal account and write my first review ever. why? Because this place had excellent customer service. Dr. Terry was easy going and super helpful (probably the coolest eye doc I’ve met so far haha). You can tell when an office actually cares about your needs and this place is it. They did not pressure me to buy anything. The front desk staff were both very nice. Bianca (sp?) was kind enough to help tighten my old glasses. Everyone there is very friendly and happy. I highly recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for an eye doc that is down to earth and very friendly.

Oh goodness where do I begin. First off the customer service is above excellent. The doctor was super nice and very patient with my 7 year old. We were in and out in less than a half hour. They helped my daughter pick the glasses she liked in my price range. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need which is always a plus. The glasses arrived in less than a week which was awesome. And on top of everything they offer a Groupon deal which was a super savings. In total my daughter got some nice frames with a bunch of specialties like anti glare no shatter lens and her rx all for $ 110. I must add the glasses did break a week later but they had them fixed and ready to go the next day with no charge for me. Rosa was super nice and so is the tall girl who works there. This will from now on be my place to go. I would recommend this place to all.

Excellent service, Pretty employees that made this a hassle free experience. The best deal around. I’ve gone to several optometrist and by far this place has the best deals. They accept most insurance and take payments through care credit. I was sold on this place when I saw the quality and name brands of these glasses Ray Bans, Gucci, Michael Kors, Fendi, Carrera etc. I loved the glasses so much I purchased a pair of Ray Bans, and Carreras.

Love this place!!! The staff gives excellent customer service and the Dr is quick and efficient. They carry very fashionable frames and great brands too! I love it that they speak Spanish, I will 100% tell everyone I know about this little goldmine I found.

This place is great! Just went there last night to purchase a pair of sunglasses and ended up buying 2 pairs (Gucci and Rayban). Rosa and Joanna are wonderful! they were very helpful, nice and very knowledgeable. I’m in love with my sunglasses, I will definetely be back; a girl can’t ever have enough sunglasses! :)

I’m really stoked about this! I just got my Rayban Wayfarers fixed there! I accidentally sat on my glasses and there they went. The left arm was falling hard. I went to sunglass hut first, which is where I bought the glasses, a little less than a year ago and they told me they couldn’t be fixed because the arm broke off from the frame. The guy said I could buy a new pair for 50% off! I paid over $ 200 for these bad boys! Got them polarized and everything. And now they’re telling me I have to pay $ 100 plus tax to fix them. Hell no. I thought I would have to survive with broken glasses. I was really pissed at myself for sitting on them. Thats where OPTICA came in and saved the day! While at the market one morning I asked if they knew of someone that could fix it. The girl was really helpful and cute, (always a plus) :), and said they could fix them for sure by replacing the arms with new ones for $ 39 bucks. They were a special order so I did have to wait a week for them but that was it. Will definitely be back for sunglasses in the future. Thanks Optica

Great service, Rosa assisted me with frame selection and explained the difference between plastic & metal frames. Even though I was looking at a more expensive frame she suggested that I consider the lower cost plastic frame because it would hide the thickness of my lenses much better than the higher cost frame. She truly works in the best interest of her customer. She earned my trust and I going to recommend Optica Vision Center to all my friends.

Really great service! The girl who helped me out was very nice! Her name was Joanna and she helped me pick out the cutest Juicy Couture sunglasses! I just went to Vegas with them and got complements on them the entire trip! Service was fast and got the glasses sooner than expected :)

The staff was friendly with my younger sister and mother. They are bilingual which was very helpful to my mother. They explained different options for frames and lenses. My sister and mom are extremely happy with the service and their new glasses.

Great service. Clean and very organized. Great selection of glasses at a extremely reasonable price. The place is inside Northgate Supermarket so you can get some groceries with your shades!
