First time going to this place, and I don’t think you can go wrong with any thing you choose. We had the cantaloupe drink(not too sweet, you can taste the fruit) and peaches and cream paletas(oh holy moly it was just the best, very milky and the peaches are delicious). There’s so many paletas flavors to choose from, some unique flavors that I’ve never seen before, like apricot jam, mamey, and egg nog(so you can have it all year long, not just on Christmas ;)) if you like fresh fruit drinks, this is by far the best spot. And I thank my fellow Unilocalers as usual, I wouldn’t have been able to find this awesome place with out you guys!

This place has tasty paletas! We tried the strawberries and cream, eskimal, and zapote negro. The strawberries and cream was super rich(in a good way). The eskimal was a yellow ice pop dipped in chocolate and then covered with coconut strips. This was a good one, but strawberries and cream was a better flavor. The zapote negro was light and refreshing. It reminded me of Chinese grass jelly. Regular paletas were $ 1.75 and the specials were $ 2.75. The specials included strawberries and cream, peaches and cream, mango and chili, and eskimal. Buy 10, get 1 free! Neither of us spoke Spanish and the lady didn’t speak any English. But no worries! Language is not a problem in the ice cream world. There was a list of flavors for you to point at. We came here at the end of the day. We tried to order hibiscus tea and tamarind flavored paletas, but they were already out =(Have to come early next time.

So delicious! Had the sugar cone with a scoop of mocha and the owner was nice enough to put a little dallop of fresa on top. Very fresh and creamy!

Me and my boyfriend come here very often! After I come home from work, sometimes I just want to snack on something and my snack of choice at this place is oftentimes Hot Cheetos with cheese. I know the staff knows we are frequent customers and they are always nice and welcoming in general. However, the reason why I’m giving the location 4 stars is because there is one individual in particular, a man with perfect English around late 30s or so that sort of looks like a different version of Jim Carry has been rude twice to me and my boyfriend the few times we have been there when he is working there. The first time, my boyfriend asked on my behalf for Hot Cheetos with Cheese. He responded with«Are you sure you want that?» My boyfriend replies back politely confirming the order, and he responds«That’s so unhealthy» and tries to go on about why it’s not a «good choice». I step in and tell him that the order is for me, and he proceeds to tell me again that it’s unhealthy. I responded with a shrug and all I said was that I didn’t care, because I honestly did not know how else to respond to something like that. First of all, you don’t question a customer’s food choices or try to derail them from their order. That’s so rude! The second time it happened, it was the same thing! And it happened maybe 2 weeks ago. I already had a feeling this guy was rude in general and really does not think twice about what he says to his customers. I told my boyfriend to ask on my behalf because I didn’t want to deal with it if he said something negative again and he did! In a condescending tone he asked my boyfriend«What is it that you are ordering?»(or something along those lines, I do not quite recall the exact phrase, but he came off in a sarcastic tone or as if he was better than us) and my boyfriend said again«Hot Cheetos with cheese» again, this guy tries to question our choice of purchase by trying to tell us it’s a «bad choice» and«unhealthy» and starts telling us in a tone of voice as if he can’t believe what he’s hearing. I could not believe it! Twice this same man tries to judge or give us his two cents on our food choices. I don’t know what his exact position at the place is, since I’ve only seen him work there a few times. But he has no right in questioning us, or any customer, what they should buy or how they should eat. I even told my co-workers about the incident and they also believe that it was rude of him to do that.

This is my favorite place to go to when I have cravings for paletas(Popsicles). My favorite flavor is pine nut but I also love grocella, coconut and walnut. The texture of the the Popsicles are very creamy. Their Esquites(corn/kernels in a cup) are also very yummy but I don’t recommend to come on a Monday because they don’t have any because they usually run out of it over the weekend. Don’t forget to bring cash because that’s all they accept.

Went in to buy some smoothies at 0745 and they would not make them because it was close to closing time. Well then you should say you close at 0730 not at 0800 if you’re not going to accommodate the customer up to closing time.

Paletas are super flavorfull. However they are a bit pricy, $ 1.75 each. Bought 10, you get one free. Lots of flavors to choose from. Also tried their bionico. The yogurt is very sweet and good. Fully packed with mango, apple, strawberry, was missing banana. But overall pretty good for $ 5.

Paaaaaleeeeetas! Paaaaaleeeeetas! Paaaaaleeeeetas! Mad at your ice cream man? Don’t have a local ice cream man(like me :’(?)? Well don’t worry! Go to the Michoacana for all your needs! I tried many different varieties of paletas(both water and milk based). Some of my favorites include limon(lemon), cookies and cream and fresa(strawberry milk based). They have tons of variety. They also have soft serve ice cream. I highly recommend making a pit stop here for your frozen dessert needs!

A really great experience. Gf and I wanted to try their mango, icy drink and it was great. Old gentlemen that helped us out was very friendly and accommodating. They make everything themselves and all seemed really fresh. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try unique Mexican drinks and dessert. Great food + amazing service = 5 stars

I came here for an agua(fruit water). Mind you I have a vitamix at home and can make this drink myself. However this place saves me time from cutting each fruit, and additionally purchasing an array of fruits and vegetables. Aslo ONLY $ 3.50 for a large. Other places charge me $ 5.00. Another plus is that the lady who works here is SUPER nice. She kept calling me «mi nina», which most of you already know the meaning: my child. She’s really sweet and tells me, «What ever you want, I’ll make it for you.» Now that is customer service. I haven’t tried anything else from here other than their waters, but I’m sure whatever you want, she can make it for you!

FYI: Cash Only. This place has delicious everything! Raspados, Juices, ice cream banana splits, aguas, etc; very nice owner and can make any juice you’d like. They have regular ice cream(cookies and cream, rocky road, rainbow sherbet etc) and fruit ice creams(guayaba/guava, rompope, watermelon, etc) I highly recommend this place. A local gem!
