It is hard to know where to begin, but the only reason this review got 2 stars is because of the lady working the front desk was kind and helpful. The hotel from the front looks pretty nice, even when I went to check in everything looked nice. Although when I drove around back to get to the room things changed. We had a king suite room and the room seemed alright at first until my husband informed me that the restroom was pretty nasty and had not been cleaned properly. There was the tub looked horrendous with hair from nether regions left behind with some blue liquid that was never scrubbed away or rinsed with lots of dirt and soap scum caked on the tub!!! So I called to ask if we could could stay in another room and explained the situation. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic and did not have another king room available but suggested a 2 double room and we accepted since we drove so far and were tired. She said she would leave a note of our complaint. So we arrive in the other room across the hall and first place I look is the restroom and it appears clean, better than the last room. Although when you start looking around it is pretty scary. There is ceiling tiles in the bathroom that are caked with dirt, possible mold on them and partially hanging down as if they could fall on you at any moment! For some reason they partially painted over the vents on the wall over dirt and dust, the walls have been painted but looks like they didn’t clean them first. The beds are the scariest, miniature pillows don’t bother me, but the stained sheets, mattress cover, and uneven mattresses that expose the bed frame that is all duck taped together. The tub also needs a non skid mat because it is so slick and someone could slip and fall. The alarm clock was not even plugged in and the lampshades are damaged. Will never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone. The sad thing is now I am Leary of staying at another Quality Inn because what I have described in no way represents quality.

Rooms are large and well appointed for this level of hotel. The BW and the HI in town are way overpriced for this market. For $ 65 – 70 a night this hotel is worth the money. The continental breakfast includes waffle and omelet. I wouldn’t pay real money for either but they’re included and acceptable.
