Expensive. They lost an embroidered lab coat with my name on it which I thought would be hard to do. Attitude was just wrong when faced with a problem. Not a lot of choices but this place has two strikes so far despite an initial positive experience

The Cleaning Connection cleans just about everything in your home and serves all of Butte County. I’ve used them mainly for my draperies and blinds a couple years ago. Recently, we did a remodel and I needed them to clean and store the draperies and blinds until the remodel was done. They do a great job. Drapes and blinds look great. One of the workmen had taken down one of the rods and a brackets was lost. Mike went the extra mile and located an extra bracket for us, made another trip to our house to install it with no extra charge to us. We are very pleased with the service and attention.

I took in a vest and some hats I thought they could clean. The gal working told me they don’t clean hats. I was pretty bummed about that but she did offer some really helpful tips on how to clean my hats at home. :) My vest looked beautiful when I picked it up too. Thank you!
