Cheerful staff, puts all my worries to rest.
First time in 45 years that I don’t need to find my glasses to find my glasses!

Dr Rudick is amazing, which is why I come here. But the staff here is just ok, which is however a step up from the Chico location I used to see him at. I’ve had days where the staff was super nice and helpful, and others where they tend to spend more time chatting with each other than they do answering phones or doing anything else productive. At least they haven’t double charged me or been rude to me like the Chico staff has… even when they slack off at least they still have manners. The location is hard to find because Google maps says it’s on the opposite side of the road on Skyway. The office is nice inside and seems very clean, and the art on the walls and the photo screen savers give you lots to look at. It’s always busy when I come in but my longest wait time has been about thirty minutes. I absolutely recommend Dr Rudick, and even if I move out of the area I plan to come back just for him. He’s the only eye Dr I’ve had that pays attention to every question and concern I have, and he explains things so you understand them without needing a degree. He’s really friendly and passionate about what he does!

My senior Mother falls alot & broke her glasses pretty bad. She is already blind in 1 eye & her vision is very bad in the other eye. She was without glasses for over a week then I came into town & took them here to be fixed. A real nice lady tried her hardest to make them like new but there was a super glue spot on them that could not be removed. Other than that she did a great repair job & didnt even charge me a cent!

Apparently they have great doctors … Which is why I came here — however they must not think their patients have anything BETTER to do other than hang around, their appointment booking process is terrible!!! Second appointment in as many days … And patient’s time is obviously NOT important. Here over 2 hours last time working on SECOND HOUR here again!
