Ray’s Liquor & Grocery

I have been buying kegs from Ray’s for nearly 8 years. They almost always had what I wanted, or could get it in short order. I don’t know what happened, but it is a total disaster now. I call to see if they have what I want and the people I’m talking with barely speak english. I speak slowly and deliberately and they say they understand me. Yet when I arrive to pick up my order, it’s not there. Add to this, there is a new kid there now that can barely speak and certainly cannot write english, and he has a cocky fucking attitude. See you Ray’s. I’ll be taking back that keg deposit you’ve been holding for 8 years as soon as the current keg is empty. Going to try BevMo. Such a fucking shame that the owners let it slide this far. It’ll probably be shuttered within the year.

The best beer selection in Northern California, and if they don’t stock it they can generally order it. They order me a cases of Abita every few months.

omg, absolutely LOVED this place. i was really surprised because it was like walking into a little BevMo!, but in a little corner liquor store. the customer service there was super nice… there was a very helpful lady working there who was super nice and kept helping me and my cousin who were shopping there. and they do this really cool thing there, if u see a 6 pack, and just want one beer, u can buy tht single beer by dividing by the 6pack price… i was just thinking, wow, thats really cool… a lot of places dont do that and that was really cool :)anyways, out of ALL the liquor stores i have been to in paradise, ca so far, this is my favourite. and it probably will remain that way :) good job, Ray’s!!! :)
