I have been using them for years on my 2 properties. They are always great, any time I need an additional service call they are right here with no charge. Very friendly and helpful! I would recommend them!

After signing up with Hunter’s, and upon completion of my first spray I continued to find bugs at my home. Not as many as before the spray, and some of them looked like they were on their last leg… legs? Frustrated, I called the office and they came to re-spray as part of my service package. A few weeks later I found fewer bugs yet, still slightly frustrated but thought at this point it might be because of the size and location of our property. Within two business days, their Quality Control specialist came out to assess our property. We have a lot of concrete which obviously doesn’t absorb the spray. The solution was two-fold: another re-spray(again, at no additional cost) would include a wider band where the soft landscaping met the hard landscaping, and we’d increase the rate at which the chemical was sprayed. Two days later, a technician came our and performed the spray. Hunter’s eagerness to please and thoughtful resolution to my program keeps me as a customer.

THEWORSTCOMPANYEVER! Extremely dishonest! Right after moving into our home a year ago, I called to get an estimate on a mole problem we had. After getting the estimate I was pushed into setting up an appointment to get the service started, but was told I could always call and cancel. I did so a couple days later when we decided to try and get rid of the moles ourselves, which we did. However, every month for the LASTYEAR I got calls from an automated machine saying I needed to call and discuss our account. I did so and explained we have not authorized or signed up for services and to please stop calling. I was told everything would be taken care of. Calls still kept coming every month, but no bills or statements in the mail so I just let it go. I get a call today, almost a full year later and was told our home had been serviced 4 times in the last year and we had a huge bill! We have NEVER authorized ANY service with them and have NEVER received anything in the mail. I’m home 24⁄7(work from home and am a stay at home mom with a toddler and a dog, plus am 8 months pregnant… I WOULDNEVER allow chemicals to be unknowingly spread on my property with a pet and child who play on it every day!) I am beyond angry with them and will sue them if this HARASSMENT continues! DONOTEVERCALLTHISCOMPANY! NOTEVENFORANESTIMATE!

Hunter’s pest control is the worst company I have ever encountered. I’m not much for negative reviews but after my experience I feel obligated. I have to admit, their pest control was fine but the business is dishonest to say the least. I had them coming monthly for three months. I found someone with lower rates and called to cancel service. As far as I knew the service had stopped, then I got another bill. I called their office to see what was going on and they told me the bill would be taken care of and not to worry about it, again, I assumed the problem would be taken care of. Next month, another bill; called, same story. This went on for four months. As this went on I became more and more irritated and the employees on the other end became surly and unwilling to take responsibility. Zero accountability. Finally I couldn’t spend anymore time dealing with them so I gave them my credit card number and paid the several hundred dollar bill, I was mad at myself for doing so but my time is worth more than threats of being sent to collections. I wished I had had time to take them to small claims court, but I don’t… Here we are four months later. This afternoon I received a letter from collections for the same balance in the mail. This company is a joke…
