I was having pain and needed to get my gallbladder removed. I came to Arrow Surgical for a second opinion after a very negative experience with another surgeon. The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Smith took time to explain everything to me and told me to call any time with questions before my surgery date. He was very knowledgable and didn’t downplay my fears even though it was a ‘minor’ surgery. Scheduling was flexible, and the whole experience was smooth and I couldn’t have been happier.
