Never eat here, bad customer service to bad cold food… Very inconsistent with timing, food and everything really… Choose the one on 84th in Omaha by shopko

Very average pizza. Pretty good chicken. I called a while ago to ask if they had a basketball court for the kiddies. The guy who answered the phone said NO and continued to say a lot of people have called asking the same question. Well, on the way to the cowgirls room, I glanced to my left and low and behold, I do declare… there it was… a tiny room with scratched up walls with a basketball hoop hanging up high. I asked an employee how long had the room been there, she said since their restaurant opened, but they are planning on turning it into an arcade game room eventually. To the liar who answered the phone awhile ago, you’re an @$$hole.

Food is okay for a cheap buffet. Took a long time to get served up front. Had a hard time finding clean silverware. But at least the had KLOVE Christian Rock blaring out of the speakers. Who plays Christian Rock in a public establishment? Won’t need this rewards card because I won’t be going back.

This place is alright if you want to indulge in cheap pizza. They have a wonderful selection and you can also request a pizza that they don’t have laid out. Every time we visited this location the employees were always fooling around. We also found mold in one of the Parmesan shakers one of the employees apologized and replaced it with a new one. This place lacks cleanliness, but u guess all those germs is what keeps customers coming ha.

Good salad bar and good ice cream, however the pizza is of poor quality as is the other grease soaked chicken one visit is all my family needed.

It was my first time actually going through the drive thru for pizzas. It was raining and I didn’t have to leave my truck. Special, 2 large for $ 10, a good value and close by.

I agree with other reviewers that is should be called«chicken ranch». I like the chicken way much better then the pizza. The pizza is never fully stocked and I would think they would of figured it out by now that Friday nights are popular and they need to keep them coming. When you go up to the buffet you better grab whatever you can, even if you don’t like that particular kind of pizza because it will be gone and then your left with that last little corner bread stick that everyone avoids. They got rid of the pizza we liked(bacon and bleu or something like that), only pizza I really ate from there. The mashed potatoes are good and so are the waffle fry things. The salad bar is nothing to write home about. I really think they need to expand the buffet tables, make more room for the busy nights. This is not my first choice but my small son likes coming here so on «special» occasions we go. He recently got student of the month so we let him pick and this is where he wanted to go.

A big meh. A good variety, it fills you up, but it all kinda tastes the same, you know, salty, starchy buffet food. And yet I go there about once a month. My fave is the dessert pizza. I shot a basket on the court. That’s a cool bonus. The employees are nice. They come by often to clear plates & offer to make your fave pizza. Ok, I had 3 stars basically because of that creepy christian thing they push, but I guess they deserve 4 stars.

Took the family on a Thursday night. The prices weren’t bad. Adult buffet was about $ 11, my older child was $ 6.99, and my littles were $ 3.99. It was hard to find a table after we paid and then ended up grabbing one as somebody else was leaving, so then had to wait for it to be cleaned. I joke that this place should be called«The Chicken Ranch» because I do feel that the fried chicken is superior to the pizza. The chicken was also fresh and ready at the buffet and the pizza seemed to constantly be running out, as soon as they put a pizza down people were waiting to grab it. I learned later that you can request any type of pizza you like, and that they’d serve you the first slices before putting it on the buffet. It was quite busy and loud, not the type of place you’d want to go to carry on any sort of meaningful conversation. Don’t be surprised to see children running wild, there was a lot of that. serving themselves, spilling food and drink and running to and from the basketball room in the back. Overall, it would not be my first choice for dining out.

I love this pizza ranch. I usually get the two large pizzas on Tuesdays for 17.99. The pizzas are always done quickly, and they are fresh and DELICIOUS! We usually get the pepperoni pizza with Alfredo sauce on skillet crust. I would eat them every day if I could! :)

My mother could not be happier with this place! They offer EXTREMELY friendly customer service! My mom does not leave this establishment without calling all of her children and telling them how kind the staff are. I appreciate the time spent on each and every person who walks in! As of late, this location has been has the go-to consideration for family gatherings!

I’m not much of a buffet person, but I do love a good salad bar. The salad bar is pretty good. The pizzas and dessert pizzas are not my favorite. The real gem here is the fried chicken. I prefer their chicken and potatoes over KFC and we regularly get this to go. Online ordering makes it easy to reorder faves, but it does usually take about 20 minutes for order to be ready. They also offer delivery, which we have done in a dinner emergency when we were needing«real food». Bottom line: good choice for families who want variety, the chicken and salad bar make it worth coming back. Tip: it is always FREEZING inside, bring a warm hoodie or you’ll be shivering.

I’ve been here a few times. Each time was for dinner on a Friday evening with a large party. I also ate the buffet each time. This place always seems to be noisy and chaotic. It’s popular with parents of younger children and they have a «party room» for large groups(kids sports teams and whatnot). Parents mostly seem content to sit at the table running their mouths while their children wander all over the dining room doing whatever they want. It has all the typical disgusting features of a buffet: unattended children touch the food with their hands, coughing and sneezing on the food, etc. There’s a room in the back for kids to play that has a basketball hoop and several balls. Inevitably there is an unsafe mix of small children(under 6) and kids that are probably too old to be in there(12+) that always seems to result in someone being in tears. Again, probably could easily be solved if parents would get up off their lazy butts and keep an eye on their children, but they seem to think the playroom is a babysitting service. You can order any kind of pizza you want and they will give you a buzzer. Then they will bring that pizza to your table and give you first dibs on slices before setting it on the buffet for everyone else. This is great in that you can get what you want, but it has a major flaw. There is only so much room on the buffet. So, for example, the calorie-conscious lady that ordered the chicken and spinach pizza only ate one slice. Now, the rest of that pizza(that nobody else wants to eat) is taking up a spot on the buffet. So, popular pizzas(cheese only, pepperoni, sausage, etc) aren’t kept in large enough quantities on the buffet(because there’s no space for them) and are constantly gone. It’s very frustrating when I go up to the buffet to grab a slice of pepperoni pizza and it’s never there, but meanwhile there’s a half-dozen weird specialty pizzas sitting there mostly uneaten because nobody(besides the people that requested them) wants to eat them. Pizza is good. Not great and certainly not bad, but good. Rest of buffet food(chicken, potatoes, veggies, etc.) is pretty standard buffet quality food. It’s not my thing, so I mostly stick with the pizza. Service is always extremely friendly. Employees all handle the chaos well and maintain their cool. It is accommodating to groups and tolerant of rambunctious kids, so I will probably be back here again when my family needs a place to feed a large group with several young children. It’s another one of those places I grudgingly come and choke down the food for sheer lack of choices of other places that will kindly handle a group of 16. Restaurant is a self-described Christian business. However, they are open on Sundays, but do not serve alcohol. Also, there are a large number of below the knee denim skirts and long braided hair on their female wait staff.

Pizza Ranch is pretty boring — which, in my opinion, is just fine. I go for the chicken first, and pizza second. Assuming it’s not horribly busy and they’re behind, they always have a good variety of their staples out on the buffet table. It’s a good place to eat & have a meeting, or just relax and eat.

I really like this place. This was my first time here and it just so happened to be on military appreciation day. Military members get discounted on these days, which is every Thursday. The pizza is pretty good, and if you want something specific, they will make it up fresh for you. The fried chicken is very good. I wasn’t expecting it to be that tasty and had to make another trip for seconds. They have dessert pizza as well but I’m not a big dessert eater so can’t comment on that. The food and salad bar was restocked multiple times while we dined so everything was hot and fresh. I recommend this restaurant.

This is the place to go if you’re craving for pizza! They’ll make any pizza you crave, which is a really good option for the picky eaters. They also have pretty decent salad bar and selection of other food items such as soups, fried chicken and dessert. The soft serve ice cream is really good!

Food is good. Not amazing but we did get our fill. The selection of pizza is pretty diverse. To get your money’s worth go for lunch as they up the price in the evening.

Pizza is decent. If you don’t see what you want on the buffet, just tell them and they will make it for you. Really like the salad bar. Good selection of items. Sometimes a bit slow to refill items. Dessert pizza is delicious and the ice cream is very good. We have not been impressed with the steam table items. Most look like they are overcooked. Cashiers greet you as you enter and are very friendly. The restaurant is a Christian owned business and the music that is played is exactly that. We enjoy it. Pizza Ranch is also great for groups who are conducting fund raisers. We have been in several times and seen multiple groups raising money, e.g. softball teams, horse breeders, church groups, etc. Very commendable to see the business supporting local groups. Wednesday night is also military appreciation and you get 15% off when you show your ID.
