Everyone’s comments seem so caught up on either the price or that there’s no credit card machine. If you don’t go to a cleaners on a regular basis then how can you compare and state what’s fair? Seems like the other reviewer doesn’t go to a dry cleaners often, in my opinion. Secondly, it’s a privately owned little shop, there’s still some places who only take cash. Not every one wants a credit card machine because of the fees. To each their own but realize no one is making you go here. I think the customer service is amazing and the lady who works there is very personable. If you’re looking for a place that will alter your clothes, or dry clean you clothes for a decent price this is the place to go. I’ve been going here for the past 5 years.

Picked up my stuff and paid $ 85 by personal check(Whatevah!). Lady is very nice and clothing seems to be OK and does not smell bad. Still, I will NOT go back here.

They are cash/check only and they do not have an ATM on premises. That’s enough to give them one star in my book. If you are going to run a dry cleaning shop in the middle of Paoli, then you have to accept credit cards. There are many other options in the area that do accept credit cards. I don’t need to run all over Paoli to find an ATM during my lunch break. They were nice enough to do business with; however, they need to update their checkout process. They do not have a computer in the shop and they require you to sign out on a pad of paper — the date, your ticket number and your signature. Again, there are many other dry cleaning options in the area who have a more customer friendly approach to doing business. 1 suit and 2 sweaters cost $ 27. I’m not sure if that is great or bad, but I thought it is good to know for those reading the review.

The owner is very friendly, but I can’t recommend this place. I just got a $ 170 order back and all my clothes smell like mold. I’ve never had this experience with a dry cleaner before. :(

I have been going to this dry clean place for a few years. The place is owned by a very friendly Korean lady who is super nice. She remembered my name after my first few visits. She doesn’t only do dry cleaning, also also tailoring. I have asked her to hem my jeans, fix my bridesmaid dress, fix hole, and all kinds of tailoring stuff. She charges pretty reasonable price and always gets it done on time. Also, they open around 7am in the mornings and close at 6:30pm during the weekdays. They also open on Saturday, although I don’t remember the exact time. I highly recommend this place if you live the area! Remember to bring a checkbook or cash with you when you drop off the clothes. If you pay advance, you can save a few for yourself!
