A friend highly recommended CertaPro of Great Valley to me as she had her home painted by them. I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy provided during the estimate. Cindy came to my house to discuss my needs – as another reviewer mentioned, she is very detail-​oriented and truly listens to the client’s needs. We walked through the home, she took some measurements, and she created/​printed a detailed estimate on the spot. She explained how the job would typically go, and she emphasized that they focus on customer satisfaction. Because I am still comparing pricing (I have never hired a painter), I have not yet decided on the vendor – but the estimate experience alone with CertaPro was thorough and very impressive, and I would trust Cindy and her company to paint my home based on that.

They painted my apartment and did a great job from start to finish. Bob and Cindy we very friendly and helpful and very detailed oriented. They printed a very detailed proposal on the spot. Their painters showed up on time and were very respectful of my home and belongings. They updated me at the end of the day on their progress and continued the next day. The painters did an excellent job, worked very hard and were very friendly. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them!
