I stopped into the Midwest Gun & Supply because I’ve heard about their large supply of all different types of guns from way back when to brand new. I was not disappointed. The store is just off the northeast corner of the square in Paola, KS. Once you walk in you’ll notice it has been around for years. They’ve collected quite a bit of guns/​gun history over the years that they’ve displayed.
There were 3 people on staff and each of them seemed very knowledge about all types of guns they sold. They said they have over 400 in stock. They will also buy, sell and trade. Plus, layway is available if you can’t live without the 2K Benelli. They extensive knowledge about the local laws/​concealed carry.
They do a wide range of services and they’ve now gotten into custom painting & have someone local guy who can do custom work on the stock. I was able to see a few guns they’ve done, think of Orange County Choppers purchasing Smith & Wesson.
Yes, their prices did seem a little higher than some of the larger chains, but I truly got the impression that if I had any problem at all with a purchase they would stand behind it.
Just when I thought all the small businesses in American had faded away, this gem is still standing and going strong.
