I am writing this review to share my prom makeup nightmare. I’ve been to this salon twice now. The first time I went was in 2012 for my quinceañera, where I had my makeup, hair, and nails done. I was very satisfied with the job they did. Teresa, the owner I believe, was the one who did my hair which turned out fine. I don’t recall the name of the lady who did my makeup, but I really wish she still would have been working here when I went back in May of 2015. Now on to the reason for my one star rating. I returned here for my prom hair and makeup since I liked it so much the first time. It seemed like the salon had expanded since the first time I was here which is great for them. However, I thought a professional makeup artists was going to do my makeup. It actually turned out to be Teresa who did my makeup. I clearly remember her getting one really light MAC foundation and one super dark MAC foundation and just mixing them until she got a shade that she thought would match. I was horrified, but I was running late to prom and just prayed for the best. The eye makeup was by far worse than I had imagined. The glitter that was supposed to be just on my lid went all the way to my crease and my eyeliner looked like it was done by a first timer. My contour and blush reached all the way the corners of my mouth, and like I had expected my foundation did not match at all. Basically I looked like a clown and I had no time to complain because I was already late since they had me waiting so long even though I had an appointment. I immediately took it all off once I got in the car and I had to do my own makeup on the way to the hotel where my prom was being held. Despite my horrifying prom nightmare, I think this place has slight potential when it comes to hair as long as you get a good person. Just please don’t go here for makeup. PLEASE.

Absolutely horrible… I understand the location is not in the most convenient place, but their customer service is horrible… I have been trying to contact them regarding a issue I had a week ago and they have not responded or taken responsibility… Not worth anyone’s time or money. I will look for a more responsible place… Avoid this place if possible!

I was looking for a new stylest and bam! Got one! Teresa was recommended to me by a friend and she delivered. Great service from start to finish, friendly staff end best of all my hair rocks! I Will be returning and already recommending (:

i brought a groupon for $ 50 lash extension they were able to get me in the same day.
fabi did my lashes and when i tell you she did an extremely great job!
i was left speechless, the lashes were nice and full, it took a while but it was worth
laying there for an hour in a half. i also got a chance to meet the owner and she was nice as well.
i will definitely be back to get a fill, the lashes are also mink/​silk they look very real soft and fabulous! unlike those synthetic lashes, i am very pleased!

My co-​worker gets her nails done here. Not only do the gel’s last for over a month but they don’t break. The job is done by Chole and her work speaks for itself. I will be making my next appt soon!

do not go there for eyelash extensions!!! they fall off in a week. i called them to ask what glue and eyelashes they used and the lady who answered didnt want to tell me what brand they were? like really???

Chloe does my nails and she is awesome, I love her not to mention she so nice and sweet!
Teresa is the owner and she is really nice every time I see Chloe, I don’t understand all the negative comments about her. I also got my eyelashes done by Fabby & she did an outstanding job!

Omg… I can’t tell you enough good stuff about this place! The staff is so funny the lady that does threading even offered to buy me lunch w my card of course because I was starving while getting my hair extensions. I have never loved them more until now! I usually get sew in tracks somewhere else but decided to try individual micro links and I thought I’d feel some weight but I don’t at all! With 140 pcs in too Teresa and her staff are great, next time il try eyelash extensions and that’s many their clientele. Thank you guys for making my 4 hours there a fun entertaining one! Price is reasonable for the amount of time and effort Teresa needs in order to show her flawless work. Definitely recommend this place. I’ve tried a few places for extensions but this one I’d rather stick with and its just close by, very convenient

Had lashes done by Fabiola … Amazing job she’s super sweet and made the experiance worth it !! Highly recommend and the price you can’t beat totally worth it !!

Found this place because of groupon, Purchased a full set of eyelash extensions for $ 49, when the original price is supposed to be about $ 185.
Given the price, I assumed this place would be amazing at getting its job done. I was so excited for my appointment and I couldn’t wait!
But damn, I have never experienced such terrible customer service.
I literally walked out of the shop with tears falling out of my eyes, and yet the employees/​manager did not do ONE thing about it.
I decided that I must share my experience with everyone.
When the woman (I didn’t get her name but she spoke very little english) began attaching the eyelash extensions onto my eyelids, I began to feel a burning sensation around my eyes and I felt very uncomfortable. I thought it was because she taped the tapes around my eyes wrong so I asked her to tape it for me again with caution. After she fixed the tapes, the pain still did not go away, and as the woman continued gluing the extensions onto my eyelids, the burning sensation was increasing rapidly. I just held the pain in, hoping for the pain to go away soon.
A LOT of time went by and the pain was only getting worse. It felt like someone was poking me very hard in the eye, and tears began form. I, then, decided there was something wrong so I told her I had pain in my eyes, but all she tells me is «We are almost done.»
WE WERE NOT ALMOST DONE. I was lying there for about another 30 minutes, just holding in my tears!
Finally, after a total time of 1 hour and 30 minutes of TORTURE, she began to take out the tapes around my eyes. As she takes out the tapes, my eyes couldn’t take it anymore and tears began to pour out. It was just TOO painful!
It was ridiculous. After 1 hour and 30 minutes of plain torture, I HAD to complain to the manager. Someone needs to be responsible if my eyes become permanently damaged from this.
I asked for the manager, and she comes inside the room.
I tell her about the pain I’ve experienced and she tells me it might be an allergic reaction to the substance of glue or something.
I explained to her that I never had this kind of problem the other times I got eyelash extensions done.
Then she mentions, «Nevermind. It can’t be allergy, because if it was allergy then the whole area around your eyes would be red. Maybe you just had your eyes open.»
WTF? why in the WORLD would I have my eyes open!!! THE WOMAN EVEN TAPED MY EYES DOWN.
I asked her if the pain persists for the next 24 hours, can I come back and have it removed and atleast get a partial refund.
She says no, because it is not their problem that I am allergic to the substance.
Woman, you JUST told me it can’t be an allergic reaction.
It was just so ridiculous that I lost all effort to continue speaking with this dumb lady. In anger, I just stormed out of there.
— I didn’t even get one apology.
–She didn’t even give me my eyelash brush for aftercare.
— And the pain went away after 1 hour.
This comes to a conclusion that there was definitely something wrong with what the woman was doing when she was gluing on those lashes onto my lids.
Now, if the lashes came out to be beautiful, I wouldn’t be as upset.
But my lashes were WAY too long. I specifically told her I wanted NATURAL lashes!!!
Too add, it’s been only 3 days since I got them done, and half of my lashes are already gone.
Woman was obviously not as experienced.
NOTHING can ever beat this worst experience of my life.

Visited Christina for an updo and makeup for a wedding. Very pleased with the results. She takes pride in her work and is great at what she does. I know visit for regular hair cuts with Christina at the salon. Happy customer.
The lady that does the eyebrow threading is awesome too… can’t remember her name but happy with the results!

I absolutely love my hair and love Teresa. She did an amazing job. My hair was short and black. After coming to her it is now long and blonde just as I wanted it. I’ve been to a few hairstylists who could never get my hair to be light blonde without a brassy orange disgusting tone, but Teresa was able to achieve the exact blonde I wanted in one visit. I got the keratin extensions and have had them for about a month now and they have held up pretty well.
Prices: Teresa’s prices are reasonable for the magic she does! It was worth every penny!
Services: Teresa and her staff are really friendly and down to earth. They don’t try to persuade you to buy unnecessary products. Also, Teresa spent more than 7 hours doing my hair and completed it with a smile on her face. She’s very friendly and knowledgeable about hair. She knows what she’s doing and can achieve the look that many women want!
I am definitely coming back!

I bought a Groupon for eyelashes extensions and I am very, very happy with the results. If you come ask for Fabi she does such a good job! You won’t be disappointed.

I bought a groupon and came here two days later to get a full set of lash extensions. It was my first time trying out extensions so I was super excited to have my lashes done by Fabi.
Pros:
–Everyone is Nice!
–They ask your preferences and show you pics on an iPad
–Fabi (my lash guru) is a perfectionist
Cons:
–The hair stylist are very loud & I had to listen to their convos & laughter for almost hours while laying down with my eyes closed
–The bed they use isn’t very comfortable
–Fabi doesn’t speak much English
–2 ½ days later and I’ve definitely lost a few eye lashes already.

I have been coming here to get my eyelash extensions done since October 2014. I looooove how Fabi does my lashes!!! She has definitely made a very happy and loyal customer out of me! The lashes last if you take proper care of them! I get a fill done about every 3 weeks. I love that she takes her time (always about 2 hrs) and she’s so gentle that I usually fall asleep during the process. She’s very nice and always asks how I liked them. In comparison to other salon prices for extensions I think the prices are VERY reasonable. 100% recommend coming to see Fabi for amazing eyelash extensions!!!

Cannot recommend this salon more! They are so wonderful here! It gets busy, especially on weekends, so be sure to make an appointment. Teresa (owner) is excellent as a hair stylist and is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients.
You can come and get your hair, nails, wax, makeup, etc. I had my nails done by Gigi; they are so good!
