St. Genevieve’s Fiesta is an annual affair in October that brings out hordes of Filipinos for food, games and rides.
Every year the church closes it’s elementary portion for three days to host this event. Parking can be found at the high school side as well as around the neighboring areas. Be warned that parking can be incredibly awful, especially in the evening, carpooling is recommended.
I’ve been going here ever since I can remember, at least least 15 years, and it’s not that bad. Though it is not as fancy as the OC or LA Fair; it does it job by entertaining those who are present, making a boring night more lively through food, fun and friendly company.
If you have nothing better to do I recommend stopping by. Bring plenty of cash as games, food and rides are extremely inflated in cost.
