OMG what a great place. Everybody was so nice to me and worked with me around the financial part of it. The guy that did my mri was so sweet and so caring and compassionate, he made me feel really comfortable. And it was great that the MRI machine was wider than most of them, and they had a little mirror so that if you open your eyes, you see the guys sitting there at their desk, which made me feel a lot better. It was an all around great experience. Thanks guys!!!

Had an open MRI done here. They did not check out oor insurance co-pay properly and over charged us $ 234.35. Contacted their billing, Beverly Radiology which owns a number of these places, and was told that payment of the refund would be returned to our credit card. I called on four separate occasions, specking with«Deborah». she was very unhelpful and on three occasions deliberately gave me misinformation with regard to our refund. To date, haven’t received a dime and it has been 71 days that they’re using our money, Billing companies charge interest and fees, why am I not entitled to them too? TERRIBLE customer service. Don’t do business with these scammers!!!

First thing I noticed was FREE parking. Big point(not because of money but because I think paying for parking without validation or otherwise when seeing fat and happy medical providers reflects over-the-top greed and anti-consumer sentiments. Second thing I noticed was literally about fifteen or more people in waiting room and I had an appointment. I loaded my figurative weapons for battle and I was taking no prisoners. Third thing I noticed was a pleasurable lack of need for any paperwork(as I was already in system). Fourth thing I noticed was a respect for my HIPAA rights by not shouting out my last name when I referred to myself with just my first name. Fifth thing I noticed was the gentle politeness albeit my initial 2 second view before engaging was the staff looked disinterested. Sixth thing I noticed was I only waited 5 to perhaps 10 minutes, which for me, is acceptable and despite the 15 – 20 others, I was taken in — I doubt it was because I am such a pretty face — — so I think they had other things to see other folks. Seventh thing I noticed was the friendly technician doing my x-ray. Eightth thing I noticed was that my request to walk out with a CD was not met with any hassle and only caused a 1 to 5 minute wait following the x-ray. I was in the parking lot and back to the parking lot in less than 30 minutes. Excellence and surprising for medical providers and having seen 15 – 20 others in there. Well, that was my experience. I cannot speak about the others.

This place is awesome it was very clean nice and the customer service was great the wait time wasn’t long I like it would recommend it :)
