Who Dey Prints & Embroidery

I initially contacted Who Dey Prints & Embroidery via e-​mail requesting 120, custom, velcro patches. After no response, I contacted them via telephone and asked if they received my e-​mail. She said yes and would try and have a quote by close of business. When I didn’t hear from her, I called the next day and asked the status, she said she hadn’t heard from the distributer and she would call them and then call me back. I didn’t receive a call so I called AGAIN the next day and asked the status, she said she would call me back, I said I would hold. I was on hold a little over 20 minutes when finally she said she would e-​mail me.
6 days later, I was quoted $ 7.69 PER PATCH, and $ 100 to VIEW the proof, in addition to shipping and handling.
I placed the EXACT same order with Custom Patches and I am getting free product artwork, free pre-​production sample and paying ONLY $ 2.29 per patch and $ 14.90 shipping and handling.
Poor customer service and outrageous prices. Go ANYWHERE else!
