Cool place & very interesting menu for a sports bar. First of its kind that I’ve seen. My lady says it’s the only bar she doesn’t feel uncomfortable coming alone too :-)

Food was on the salty side. Boom boom shrimp are a must have. Service is a little on the slow side. And you can’t call yourself an ale house with only 12 drafts and a bartender that doesn’t know their beer!

The Ale House is a fun place to hang out and watch sports. The food is pretty good and they have a nice selection of imported beers. Beware though their prices are very high compared to other establishments in the area.

Had a coupon for this place that practically paid the entire bill. But having come here with a coupon I would come back without one. The food wad really good and the bartender Anthony was an added bonus. Great conversation and even better pour. I even saw someone that worked at one of my hangouts in Atlanta back in the day. Got a burger and chicken philly. Both really good. I’ll be back.

I’ll be the first to admit it is easy to chew a place a new one. That’s not the case here. Sure there are some inconsistencies but for where this place is it’s actually worth the time, money and patience.
The house burger is great! The fried pickle chips are phenomenal! The draft beer is on point. I have read the reviews here. My conclusion? People must love to bitch.
While the service is slower you have to understand you are out for an experience not a reason to look for something negative. Come here and eat happy. Its a nice place and there is great food.

Not impressed. They were out of most of the beers on the menu. The house salad was warm and so was the dressing. The worst part — the BEER was WARM! It did not taste right. The cheese sticks were clearly frozen and nuked in the microwave. The bartender was more interested in his cell phone than our barely touched food/​drinks even after sitting there for awhile. I expected way more out of an «Ale House.» This place is a just another dive bar with a fancy name.

Worst everything! So dark you couldn’t read menu. maybe blessing ordered appetizer wings good the Microwaved cheese sticks and pretzels was disgusting… the service was terrible drinks went unfilled. beer tasted like it had went hot at some point. Then food finally came… GROSS! We left 90% of the meal. Paid & tipped and went home hungry, disappointed and belly ache. Was hoping to support the local small business owners and that’s the thanks we get! No pride in product! Sad!

The Ale House Burger is excellent, as well as the prime rib sandwich. Also some of the Best appetizers I’ve had as a new local. The Food is matched with great personalities and service. With live music on the weekends the Panama Ale House is sure to become a local favorite and a must visit while you are in PC.

Wait staff is friendly… food is great!!! It’s a cozy place with live music and great food. It’s a hidden jewel. We haven’t had anything we didn’t like yet! We will be back!

Hands down this is the best food in PC. The wait staff is very friendly too! My husband had the prime rib sandwich and he said it was awesome, he’s hard to please may I add. I had the Panama pub sliders and they were so very tasty.
