Merry Maids

I made an appointment with Pam for an estimate. The day of the appointment she didn’t show up and never called. I called the office and spoke with Pam. She sounded like she forgot about our appointment and proceeded to informed me that the office manager did not show up for work so she was not able to leave the office until that afternoon. What’s the point of making appointments if they are not going to keep them nor inform the customer. I wouldn’t recommend this company after experiencing that type of irresponsibility. That’s no way to run any business. I understand things happen but the least they can do is call the customer to inform them. Everyone’s time is precious and if they can’t come out when scheduled to then that says a lot about their services.
