It’s a nice theater. It needs better air conditioning though. The front lobby can be a bit of a cluster to walk through. The bathrooms are clean“ish” depending on if you are there for a premium show or something for the kids but if it’s a run of the mill production watch your step. Box seating is cool unfortunately it looks under utilized and the prime boxes have been fit for lighting. Hopefully the can attract bigger names and have more shows. It seems the management limits themselves to political influence.

The civic center allows you to purchase drinks in special cups which you can take into the show — love this. The venue is small enough to allow for an intimate show setting.
The bathrooms are clean but not really enough for the size of the place. Long lines at peak times.
The civic center itself left a lot to be desired. The acoustics were not great — and audience members called this out (as did Bill himself) — this is a deal breaker in this type of venue. Additionally it was hot and stuffy — need more a/​c. We were seated near the back — small venue not an issue in itself, but as we looked up there was a wood grating ceiling above us — it was filthy with dust — I mean coated. Disgusting. Sorry but based on these three things I probably wouldn’t return.

Good place to see a nice show/​musical. This is a relatively small venue. The seats are comfortable but could use some more leg room. Doesn’t look like there is a bad seat in the house. There is a balcony and parking lot. It is free to park.
