Worst KFC ever! I’ve been here twice and both times it was awful. The chicken was way overcooked and completely dry. The first time I thought it was just a fluke, but the second convinced me. I will never go back to this location, and I make sure to warn everyone I know not to go here. If I could give zero stars I would. There is obviously very poor management at this location.

«You can can’t put lip stick on a pig.» Nice new building but the service is horrendous and the place is always a mess. Unfortunately, we live 1 min away and have to frequent this KFC often. It is always a disaster. Makes you wonder how the chick-fil-a just down the road gives stellar service but the KFC any even get an order right even after 20min wait times in the drive-thru. One time we ordered, waited and then the cashier told us they were out of chicken breasts because the person BEHIND us just ordered the last one. Wait, what???

This is the dirtiest look disgusting restaurant I’ve ever went to the staff is horrible and for a fast food place took nearly 45 minutes to get a bucket of chicken and it tasted like Day old garbage!

WORSTKFC in the WORLD. And I’m not even going to go say fire the workers, fire the MANAGERS. HECK, KFC, FIRETHEFRANCHISEES. Complete waste of space and obviously can’t even manage the simplest of tasks. SHUTTHISPLACEDOWN. Oh, btw, the phone number doesn’t work so you can’t call. First time through the drive through. I got my order COMPLETELY the opposite of what I wanted. No biggie, I can change things up sometimes. Second time through, they took my order and I sat at the window for at LEAST5 minutes. I was looking through the window, and no one was doing anything. Just standing around trying look busy because they had no orders except mine, which I could see on their order screen. Finally, someone came to the window, not to help me, but to take an order from the drive through. Then they opened the window and asked«can I help you?» In shock, I explained I’ve been waiting, and kept it real casual because no need to argue, I knew I was coming to leave a review on Unilocal.Then I get the crappiest, smallest, greasiest, looks like its 5 days old chicken.

Avoid this place! Our team from Tyndall have tried to dine at this KFC since the new building was built. However, the outside is amazing and I love how they designed the inside it’s very spacious. The major problem is that they didn’t hire any leadership to run this dining facility. Each time we arrived from the base at 1105 only to find the store closed. We left two times disappointed. The last two times we had to wait 15 minutes just to get in the door. Now the fun begins, from what we could tell there are four employees walking around and joking and laughing – Truly Unprofessional. They never acknowledged us in the entire 15 minutes except to only make eye contact. Once we finally did order, there was no chicken of any kind on the buffet. We waited another 15 minutes for them to add overcooked chicken to the buffet. The employees were the same three females working there both times and each time they were rude and concentrated more on the drive through orders than the customers waiting at the counter. This last visit today there were 10 people waiting at the counter and no food on the buffet. We didn’t know who the manager was since there were no titles on the name tags. A shame, KFC used to be the best chicken in town, now it’s not even worth the drive. We have since stopped dining here and advised all our military friends not to partake of this unprofessional establishment. Such a shame how three people can completely place a blemish on what Col Sanders spent his entire life building. Shame on them.

Not too good. Had the buffet with the whole family and at least 5 items were empty and others were all dried out. The fried livers even crumbled in my hands. But the chicken breast was good as well as the service.

I can’t even give this one star but I had to give it something. Once again I decided to try this KFC in Callaway. I should have known better. This is the 3rd time I have gone thru the drive-thru(since the remodel) and ordered and this is the third time I have returned my food and walked away with nothing. And the employees. Especially the«manager in charge.» said her name was«Lyric.» What a major disappointment. Never once did I get an i’m sorry for the inconvience or we apologize. As a matter of fact she shut the window in my face and said absolutely nothing to me. Not one word. I can see why she is not the store manager and hopefully will never make it that far because this store has enough problems on its on. I will NEVER return to this location again. Please people. DONOTGOHERE.

Ok, ok, ok. Should have read the Unilocal reviews before I ate here. They are all pretty much on point; trash overflowing, crappy buffet, long line for no reason and smudges on the windows. They have ONE trash can as far as I could tell. Are you serious?! The line was branched into two because of the layout of the parking/doors and the counter. This led to quite a bit of awkward«oh no, I don’t want to cut in front of you» conversations, holding the line up further. The buffet was barely food let alone delicious food by the time I got to it. As unpleasant as my experience here was it would be unfair to blame it on the line workers. From what I could tell they were churning out product fairly quickly and seemed understaffed. This place could use some managerial or corporate oversight to correct the consistent problems. I mean, not every KFC is like this right?

I was looking forward to enjoying lunch in the newly renovated store and was shocked to see how dirty it already looks inside. At 3 in the afternoon the counters, trash cans, drink area were all dirty and littered. I ordered the buffet, which turned out to be a bad idea. There were mayo packets and foods dripped into the salad bins, the rice was so old it was crusty brown on the bottom, there was a dry rubbery crust in the Mac & cheese, several other bins were basically empty. There was no one checking the buffet at all. When I asked for a fried chicken thigh, they brought one out that it was greasy and gross.

Well the bliss was short lived. Straight idiots working behind the counter. Can’t get an order right during a slow period to save their life. The buffet clearly had four hour old food on it and the trash cans were overflowing. To top it off I asked for a to go container for a piece of chicken I had already bit into but didn’t have the time to finish immediately due to a call. I was told no since I got the buffet. Can you believe they actually yelled at me for walking out with food I already purchased and partially ate telling me «you can’t do that»? Asshats. Back to one star for the greatest customer service in callaway.

AVOIDLIKETHEPLAGUETHATITIS!!! Start with the fact that they are DISGUSTING inside. The employees are extremely rude and, they NEVER have what you want. The first two times… no pot pies, nothing but rudeness, the last three… no boneless chicken. What kind of chicken place doesn’t have chicken? Seriously, hit Chik filet down the road.
