It took a long time to get the food that wasn’t hot. The lasagne was ok, pork chop fair, and the fettuccine was bland. There’s no comparison between this an Olive Garden. OG beats this hands down.

Love this place! For us when in doubt we go to Carrabbas. The food is consistantly good and if there is a problem management is quick to fix it and take it off the bill. I have a food allergy to rosemary and they are good to help compensate for it. Every thing is cooked fresh to order and delicious. Weve tried just about everything on the new menu and its delish! Amore mondays ate a fantastic way to get a 3 course meal for an affordable rate. My husband always gets the tuscan steak with the gorgonzola sauce. Its fantastic. They have my calamari hating mother loving it! She kept eating it saying how good it was. I love the chicken bryan, my only complaint they took it off the amore Monday menu, but thats ok, there is tons of delicious other things to try. The chipino is great, has a little spicey kick to the broth, but really wonderful. I cant say enough things about this place.

I’m a local and I like Carrabba’s more than any other Italian restaurant in the area! I have a dairy allergy and this restaurant has repeatedly ensured that my spaghetti with bolognese sauce (meat sauce) has no dairy of any kind, including significantly reducing the risk of cross contamination by cooking my pasta and sauce separately. Their light balsamic vinaigrette is also dairy free. And it doesn’t matter whether I’m dining in or picking up curbside (which I love),-I mention the dairy allergy and they know exactly what to do. I’m sure they can do they same thing with other dishes, but I stick with this. :-) Always delicious and the staff is terrific! You cannot beat what you get for the prices Carrabba’s charges!

Hor. Rib. Ble. I’m not sure what was worse, the food or the service. I’ve eaten at Carraba’s before… I never remembered it being this bad. I will give the waitress credit for trying. It just didn’t seem to work out for her and us that day. But I can’t say anything good about the food other than the fact that it filled me up only because i don’t believe in throwing away food. Four of us ate, three of us thought Meh… food just didn’t have any flavor. With so many choices in Panama City/​PCB, I seriously doubt they’ll get another shot.

Boyfriend took me there for the first time and after eating here once we will not be eating there again. We were there for 3 hours waiting on food and there was only 2 of us! I don’t see how they made any money that night our whole section was getting free stuff because they were taking so long. I’ll stick with Olive Garden…

Very disappointed in my to go order tonight. Left out my drink that I paid for, and my knife and fork. Waited an extra 15 minutes because of the «fresh bread» was in the oven. When I got to my hotel less than a half mile away, not only was the calamari cold, the stuffed mushrooms were cold, and even the supposed fresh baked bread was cold.

Good service but this was not the normal carribba food. Everything was cold or luke warm… the resturant was not busy.
We had shrimp and scallops, the chicken marsala, and steak. Sides were mash potatoes and pasta. All sides and bread were luke warm. We did mention but nothing was done.
Teo of the salads had big cores of the end of lettuce surprised no one saw these when plating.
In my mind this was not normal quality of carribba

Overall disappointed. The experience was ruined by the sour hostess, Cheyenne?, who didn’t perform well under pressure. I believe that the manager sensed our frustration, but was far from helpful. We at least had an awesome server and delicious appetizers.

We were regular to-​go customers here. We have small kids so it’s easier to just pick up the food and eat at home. I was a big fan of the chicken Bryan. But the last time I ordered it the chicken was undercooked! So I decided to try something new. So disappointed! I ordered their new Parmesan crusted chicken dish and when I got home they forgot the sauce that goes with the chicken so all I got was extremely bland crusted chicken. I had to use salad dressing to give it some flavor. This isn’t the first time they mess up a to-​go order. They always forget something or undercook or give the wrong side. I’m done with them. What a shame!

Let me start by saying I have never given a restaurant only two stars. I ordered the Tag Pic Pac and received the Chicken Tag Pic Pack. I sent it back and obviously the kitchen removed the chicken and returned it to me cold with a couple of tiny pieces of chicken was missed by the chef. That might not matter to most but I don’t eat meat! Pasta was over cooked and I ordered whole grain pasta and it certainly wasn’t. Server was friendly until I sent my entrée back.

The waitress is very knowledgable and sweet. The calamari is spot on perfect! And the veal Marsala simply melts. My son shared his scallops and oh my goodness it couldn’t possibly be better. Anyone who complains about the food here simply hasn’t anything better to do with their time, and I weep for them. I will definitely be back again. And again. And again. And oh yes again!
Ps, the cannoli is the best I’ve ever had!!!

Chicken Alfredo was pretty good. Some of the chicken was burnt reason for 3*s as well as calamari was burnt dried out.
Happy hour is great, salad great, service great.
