I have always loved Best Western and this one is no exception. The staff was helpful and nice, and the room was clean and smelled good. I had everything I needed, including a microwave, refridgerator, coffeemaker and free wi-fi. It’s an older building so there are no elevators but the stairs were no problem. My room was in the back and there was the stairwell right there so access to and from my room to the parking lot was great. They offer breakfast in the morning as well. Overall a very good stay!

The staff was nice. Niema was nice and sweet throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, however it is an old hotel without an elevator and the hallway retains an odor. The standard fare breakfast was good and the attendant was very helpful. Overall experience was not bad. I probably won’t stay there again because of the lack of an elevator. Climbing stairs when you are tired gets old quick.

I give ‘em a three and a half. They have no elevator, and no guest laundry. They do have dry cleaning /laundry service available.
It is nice for a Best Western hotel that is not a «Plus.» Rooms open to an indoor hallway.
Hot breakfast. No Gideons Bible found in room.

This place was clean and friendly. They had spacious rooms with a full hot breakfast in the morning. Clean. Friendly. Affordable. Great value. Recommended for anyone visiting the AFB

Not as bad as other reviewers make it out to be. Our jacuzzi suite is spacious with a flat screen tv. The furniture could be updated but overall a clean hotel with everything you need. All rooms have a fridge and microwave… not the Four Seasons, however its affordable and clean. Right across the street from the mall and eateries.

Not the best. My room smelled musty, bath towels were damp, and the room needed repainting. Otherwise its an ok hotel to stay for a day.
