Came in to transfer some account responsibilities. Was promptly checked in by manager Demetrius and was told I was first in line for the next sales associate. I proceeded to wait 20 minutes. Both he and another manager, Paige, were available to assist looking very competent but not busy at all.
I finally went up to Paige and asked if she would be willing to help me. I understand that the store as a hierarchy and all but how long must I wait while two able mangers might be able to assist? She seemed put out but did start to help. Within minutes a sales associate came back from a break or something and jumped to help me. She was knowledgeable and kind
I ultimately received the help I was looking for I just don’t think I should’ve been made to wait so long while very capable hands specifically chose not to help me.
