Terrible customer service! Missed their appointment which was a 4hour gap in the middle of the day that I took of work for, I rescheduled with them 3 days later (all they had) the day of the appointment they called and canceled after I already took off work

Advantage Refrigeration & Air, Inc is awesome! I love how promptly they answered my call and how quickly they came to fix my central AC. Even though they had to order a part, they were able to fix it within a couple days! Their Technicians were respectful, competent, professional and friendly. Their customer service was wonderful and my AC works better than it has since we moved in! Payment was super easy since they have the capability of on site debit card payment! 10/​10, will definitely be recommending them to everyone, and they will certainly be my first call if I ever have any other issues!

The team at Advantage Refrigeration & Air Inc have been great to us. When your air conditioning isn’t working, it can be stressful, especially somewhere warm like Florida. Not only do the guys at Advantage get out to the job site quickly, they always seem to diagnose and fix the issue right the first time and in a professional manner.
