One of the best RV resorts we’ve ever stayed at! Since my wife had to work, I took my two year old son down to PCB for some camping with Daddy. We selected Emerald Coast because of the outstanding reviews that we saw on Unilocal and Good Sam. Let’s just say that we were significantly impressed! Check in was a breeze. We arrived about thirty minutes prior to the office closing on Wednesday afternoon. The ladies at the front desk were phenomenal. Super friendly and ready to help. Plus, they gave us a pretty sweet military discount. After explaining all the procedures and campground rules, we were on our way to or pull through spot. They give you a gate clicker for access after hours. No codes to memorize! Our pull-through spot was spacious and clean. Full hookup was convenient and there was a nice picnic table already on the site. I chose our particular spot because of the proximity to the playground. My son had at it as soon as we were done setting up. While the park might seem small, they have some great amenities, to include two pools, laundry facilities, an exercise room and private bathrooms. I’m not sure about the comments regarding the Wifi but we received a code to connect two devices for free for the duration of our stay. Plus, the Wifi is pretty fast for a «communal» network. At around 8:00 pm, I was pulling down 25 Mbps and getting 5 mbps up. Not bad! Zoo World and Shipwreck Island Waterpark are in close proximity. The beach is less than a mile away. If you are looking for a convenient, clean and fun place to park your RV, don’t look any further!

ECRVBR is the best, period. We came here three years ago thinking we’d try snowbirding, and we fell in love. The resort is clean, well-staffed, and the owner is constantly updating the resort and investing money back into the facility for improvements. The staff is polite, friendly, and honestly… a bit like an extended family. Their friendliness and welcome extends to all who stay here — I dare you to drive down a street in the resort, and not be waved at or greeted by almost everyone you see. Their rates are competitive, and completely worth it. As for the complaint about breakfast… well, for many of us it’s not just about food, but also about socialization. Plus, there are a ton of great restaurants nearby that the staff can refer you to if you need something more fancy. The beach is literally just down the street, and Pier Park is minutes away. But… even though you are close to it all, you feel totally secluded here(and safe). I’m thrilled to have ECRVBR as our second home!

Toni and Bonnie in the front registration office were extremely friendly and helpful. They understood our unique situation, and were able to adapt the rules to help us out. There are so many good things about this place, that it is definitely worth a look at! We have a 45′ Coach Bus with a 25′ trailer, and were able to navigate EVERYTHING in this park on the way back to the new Class«A» section by the lakes. The only issue we had was the initial entry into the facility off the main road. We were not even able to pull the entire Coach in the entrance, much less clear the main road with the trailer. That entrance needs a complete overhaul to make that useful. Once inside though, the park was beautiful, exceptionally clean, offered valet trash service, bathhouses and a dog washing station complete with sink and blow dryer. On one of the lakes, they have a dock with two paddle boats on there. Not sure if we are able to use those for free or not, however, we jumped in there and took one for a spin. Walking paths around the lakes, and level streets make for an easy walk around the park. There is a fenced in dog park, sand volleyball court, and pool on sight as well. Definitely a place we will return to.

We have stayed at this RV resort twice and it was a great place to stay. Pay the extra $$ to pull into a spot by the water and watch the sunset with the ducks!

This is our 2nd year here and we would highly recommend this place to all campers. Everyone here goes out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. The grounds are well kept as are the facilities. We stay a month at a time when we come and we will be back next year. They even have a breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday 7.00 a person children are less. If you are planning on camping in Panama City Beach this is the place to be. Better make reservations to make sure you get a spot.

One of the best RV parks I ever stayed at! Quality place with quality staff. Everything was what they represented. My only complaint is they charge for things everyone else includes(like cable & wi– fi), and although nice they have breakfast on Sat. & Sunday(not included) it’s not very good(I had better in boot camp in the 60’s)! Also very secure & Clean RV park & reasonable price. I would rate it 10−9−8 not 10−10−10.

Great place. Friendly staff. This resort is not on or very close to the beach(OK about a mile but you can’s see it from the resort) We were a little bummed about that. Very secure, gated resort. Spotless.

Emerald Coast RV Beach Resort is located on Allison Avenue next to Zoo World in Panama City Beach, FL. We leave our RV here all the time and have them set it up for us each weekend we want to come down. The staff is fantastic! They are all so very friendly and helpful! The amenities are very nice and clean. They have a heated pool chairs all around for laying out and a hot tub! They offer breakfast on the weekends in the clubhouse and it’s great! Very reasonable rates– full hookup sites, cable & wireless internet! Great for families! We LOVE this place– it has become our home away from home! :)
