This place is absolutely amazing! Andy has the best place in town! Andy is really nice and helpful. He personally came out to our table and gave us great description of the menu items and gave us some nice suggestions that definitely didn’t falter! The atmosphere is so quaint and comfy!

Breakfast is delish! Not the biggest selection, but a good selection. French toast made with REAL French bread and just enough to satisfy. Omelette sate huge! Breakfast skillet is great. Would definitely recommend.

I was really looking forward to trying this place. What a disappointment. Arrived and got seated within 15 minutes, but then sat at the table for another 15 without receiving water, being spoken to, or even making eye contact with a server(despite trying). When she finally came, I ordered a coffee and got a mug that had lipstick/lipgloss on both sides of the mug. I was able to blot it off and make a lip print from both sides. How does that get past the kitchen?

Im disappointed with the name of the restaurant. Why do you call yourself a café if you dont have any coffee options? The coffee was a very light roast and tasted like the community coffee they serve for free at grocery stores. I arrived a little after 11 and they stopped serving breakfast so I had to get lunch. They only have 1 vegetarian lunch item which is the veggie stack. Which is essentially 8 $ for a grilled cheese with some zucchini and tiny red peppers. Again, why do you call it a veggie stack, if it is as thin as a grilled cheese? Ive had quesadillas with more substance. It tasted plain and so did their potato salad. I think they probably serve their food plain because their normal customers are above the age of 50. Their pistachio muffin however was excellent and so was their service. I think the bakery is the best part of the restaurant. But seriously add some flavor to your food! And maybe serve breakfast or at least brunch until 12. If I was basing this review off the food alone it would be 1 star. But I give an extra 2 stars for the muffin and the friendliness.

Impeccable service with a smile. A chef that greets each table and checks on their satisfaction. Great gouda omelet. This place is a must in PCB.

I’ve only had the breakfast burrito, but oh my goodness! It is so delish! The tortilla shell is so light and flaky. I can’t imagine any of the other pastries not being just as awesome. Very busy(even in November), so get there early if you don’t want a long wait.

Love going to Andy’s for breakfast. We make it a must stop at least once during our visits to Panama City Beach. Friendly and prompt service with great food what else does it take to keep the place busy and it is busy. I would recommend checking out their daily specials before ordering from the menu. As some of you have already read the Crawfish is excellent but is not on the menu. If it’s on the daily special board someone at the table needs to order it. Portions are sized appropriately and there’s something available and appealing for toddlers thru the super senior ranks. Plan to visit Andy’s again before we get out of town this week!!!

I’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. I usually get the crawfish julie over a biscuit with sunny side up eggs — so delicious! The coffee is also really good. This visit, my daughter got the veggie stack and we both thought it was tasty. The vegetables were not overcooked and they were flavorful — it’s good grilled cheese sandwich using french bread, swiss cheese and veggies — I think I would even make this at home. If I had to recommend just one dish, it would be the crawfish Julie. This restaurant is usually busy and for good reason — it’s the best place in Panama City for breakfast!

Absolutely love this place. It is always good always fresh never disappoints. My traditional breakfast which consists of the potatoes(excellent) eggs and bacon, toast . The pastries are amazing too. I take all my friends and visitors there

I could eat breakfast for every meal. To say I’m a connoisseur is an understatement. Andy’s Flour Power Bakery and Café is breakfast at its finest. Good ingredients, prepared perfectly, presentation is lovely. Not to mention the casual atmosphere is as comfy as dining in your own home. Wish I could take this place back home with me.

As soon as we walked in, I was reminded of the NW and momentarily forgot that I now live in the South, the land of over-salted, over-cooked, deep-fried food(I’m being dramatic obviously, but I would love suggestions on southern food where at least the first two don’t apply… seriously). Hubby and I split the breakfast burrito(the home fries — YUM) and the shrimp and grits(gouda added). Both of these meals were perfectly sized, with obviously fresh ingredients, and were nothing short of phenomenal, as far as I’m concerned. Maybe I’ve just had too many«meh» meals lately to really be a good judge, but the majority of the reviews tell me otherwise — this is worth going out of your way for(at least after the brunch/lunch rush on a Saturday). The staff/service seemed friendly enough, but to be honest, I didn’t even really notice because I was too fixated on all the good food and good smells around me the entire time we were here. So I’m in love — specifically with the pistachio muffin which I took to go. That was amazingly, perfectly moist and just the right amount of sweet. I got the butter rum as well and ate it after the pistachio, only because it was at the bottom of the bag(speaking of, it would be nice if they had containers for the muffins, rather than tossing them in a bag which absorbs the oil and also in which the muffins get smashed during transit — my only complaint)…it was good but somewhat of a let-down after eating the pistachio. My advice, if you get more than one of their muffins, save the pistachio for last.

Great little breakfast find, had about a fifteen minute wait but worth it! I had the veggie frittata which was fresh and tasty; hubby had the eggs Benedict and cleaned his plate; my friend had the traditional scrambled eggs with crispy bacon and home fries! Happy and full!

Me and my girlfriends got here around 10:30ish and there were people all lined up waiting for tables, got inside around 11:00. Inside the café was so cute and adorable. Breakfast options were available for the weekends, so we ordered The Cuban Sandwich, Egg Benedict, Vegetable Frittata, and their Pistachio Muffin(SUPERGOOD). They were all good, I’d recommend them to anyone! Andy, the owner, was the nicest owner I’ve ever met in any type of restaurant. He literally stopped by every table to make conversation with his customers, not those fake smile or pretend like he cares, he actually seemed interesting to hear what his customers has to say. His wife, who’s behind the cash register even offered us coffee while we were waiting for our table outside, and the staff were all friendly and nice. The prices on their menu are very reasonable and I’d say inexpensive compared to other breakfast/brunch places. The bill came out around $ 37 for three people. Extremely happy with the place, we will definitely come back.

We came to PCB for a weekend and ate there both mornings. The staff is so friendly and the owner stopped by to talk to each table. There was a wait and we had a party of 11 — they hooked us up w/free coffee while we waited. Had the Surf and Turf Omelette — the BEST Omelette I ever had. Prices were great — food was good — service was friendly and fast.

Food came out super quick, and it wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great. In fact, it likely came out quick because it is mostly pre-cooked/microwaved. My Ruben had very little meat… Half the sandwich was just bread. It would have tasted great with just a little more meat. Service was not good. Waitress was very sweet, just a little spacey. Girl at the counter was oblivious to waiting customers, then rude when we asked her to help us pay. We were disappointed given all the great reviews.

I’m torn on the rating and just to be clear the food is a 5 but the service today was a 2. Friendly, rushed, hard to flag down, and I had to ask for part if my order to be canceled because it didn’t come out. You can easily imagine this happening when you have one server for 14+ tables. So not a knock on our server specifically but on the logistics and planning. When you have a line of people out the door waiting get your server a little help! Come when it’s not so busy and it will be a 5 all across.
