I took this classes for several months last year. I was trying to get back in a work-out regimen after years of just doing my own thing. I had never done a group class before and was a little wary of how all of that would go. I turned out to be a great experience ! The trainer(Holt) was really cool, and the people in the class(who all seemed to have been taking the class for awhile) were very nice. The training consisted of a lot of core exercises, with cardio mixed in. There is quite a bit of variety. Some classes were held on the beach, while most were at PV High School. As such, we utilized several areas of the school and took advantage of the terrain(hills = stairs). I highly recommend this class!
