As two New Yorkers with a baby, very little patience and a lot of demands there is no one who could have handled us and what we needed (and wanted) other than Kelly Evans. She was quite simply amazing. She went above and beyond the call of duty over and over, and over again. If you want to live in the South Bay, this is your only phone call. We looked in redondo, hermosa, Manhattan, and Palos verdes. Kelly had been to every property we wanted to see AND knew the backstory to every single one. Who lived there, what the street was like, what you could expect, etc. She has contacts for renovations, inspections, handy men, pool guys, roof guys, etc. It will become quite clear to you that Kelly knows her stuff and cares about her clients. You will not find yourself second guessing anything with Kelly. She spends time with you. If you use another broker, you are just asking for second rate results. At first, I wasn’t even sure what value brokers provide with all the websites and tools out there like Zillow. But if you work with Kelly, you will learn fast that Zillow is like getting a menu at a restaurant. Sure it tells you all the things available to eat (except the specials). But you need someone who knows where all the ingredients came from and who is cooking it so you get exactly what you want and you don’t get food poisoning. You need to know the fish is weeks old and came from the LA river. Kelly knows. Kelly is the waiter, the chef, the busboy (girl), the maitre d, the first one in and the last one to leave.

We are a busy family with 2 young active children. We had a lot of criteria and often changed our minds. Yes, we were that indecisive family. Kelly was amazing and patient through the process. She was supportive at every turn and hurdle. She helped us find a home in our price range, meeting all our criteria.
When that home had undisclosed issues, she was a smart negotiator and helped us work through unforeseen issues. We even had our mortgage broker comment that he couldn’t believe the compromises we had arrived at! She has a network of resources that were able to provide suggestions with little, to no notice. She was extremely knowledgable about the area, renovations, inspections and intricacies of home buying. She knew what to look for. She could tell us what were real issues and what issues were fixable. And her recommendations were spot on!
It’s the big and the little things when you are buying a home. The kids loved Kelly too! And that was important to us! This was my third home purchase and the least stressful. I am very happy where we wound up and happy that we found Kelly.
