I agree with Michael E! This man is vindictive and mean.
My mother called LJ this afternoon to schedule an appointment to get an estimate. She spoke to him on the phone less than 5 min and made an appointment. A few hours later she decided to stick with the first company she called. She then emailed Leo Neal Jr. to let him know she wanted to cancel the appointment.
He responded via email with this DIRECT QUOTE:
«I GOT YOUR CANCELLATION i WILL NOTIFY THE CITY AND THE EPA YOU ARE HAVING YOUR WINDOWS DONE, SO THE COMPANY WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR A LICENSE AND A PERMIT AND GO THROUGH THE EPA PROCEDURES REQUIRED.»
Thank goodness my mother never had to do business with this man if he is calling the city on her after a 5 min phone call! For the record, she had every intention of notifying the city.
