A few months ago I began searching the Internet for a massage therapist to help relieve severe tension and trigger points (or «knots») in my upper back. It was very important to me to find someone who had a good working knowledge of what trigger points are and how to correctly treat them. Dave’s website was the first one I found that addressed trigger points. I called to make an appointment and met Dave the next week. On my first visit he took the time to listen to my concerns and explained to me how he would treat my issues. The massage room was very relaxing and the soft music was soothing. Trigger points can be very tender but Dave always asks me if the pressure is ok. I’ve had three massages so far and I feel so much better. As a certified yoga teacher I’m pretty picky about massage therapists, but I would highly recommend Dave for a therapeutic massage. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Great location in Palos Heights. I have had a deep tissue massage and also a chair massage on my neck. Dave really worked out the knots. Felt amazing after each session. I highly recommend using his services. Well priced and very professional.
