My husband and I have used T&S Construction for three separate jobs and have been happy with all of them. The first was a concrete job that required a contractor with a license that allowed them to cut into the city curb. We found them while they were working on another job in our neighborhood. We had to close a driveway that led to a carport in order to extend our garage. They did a fantastic job and the end result was flawless.
We were so pleased with their work that we hired them to do pavers in our driveway, a paver patio in back, stamped concrete in our little courtyard, stamped concrete and paver paths around the entire property as well as a foundation for an outdoor kitchen. The job was done within the agreed upon time and the workmanship was outstanding. Many of our neighbors have stopped by to get their contact information so they can use them for their future projects.
The third job was a 6′ fence with 1′ grating redwood fence around the entire property. We have neighbors on two sides who went in on the project with us. Again, the job was done with great workmanship and we are all pleased with the outcome. They even custom-​built the top part (grating) with slats because we don’t care for lattice. We and our neighbors have dogs and they met with the families before they started tearing down the existing fence to ensure we were all on the same page as far as construction hours and timelines were concerned.. We thought this was a level of professionalism that is not often seen these days.
Overall, this is a great company. Their prices are reasonable., The workmanship is a cut above and they always complete their jobs according to the contract standards and timelines. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My neighbor and I hired T & S to build a redwood fence between our properties. The new fence would sit on top of an existing concrete retaining wall, and the concrete already had most of the fence post brackets installed. This should have been an easy job.
T & S came in as the lowest bidder, and my neighbor had worked with them before. So we went along.
Several times T&S did something wrong and then had to come back and re-​do it. For example, they used non-​pressure-​treated wood for part of the fence posts. When we told them they needed to replace it with pressure treated wood, they had the gall to lie to us and say it was pressure treated, when it clearly was not. They eventually gave in and replaced the wood.
For the section of the fence where they needed to install brackets, they installed brackets that were not sturdy enough, and the fence swayed. They told us there were no better brackets, and the swaying was unavoidable. That was another lie: I found better brackets and told them about it. We had to have them come back, rip out the fence and brackets they installed, and re-​install it with new brackets. And of course it was perfectly sturdy after they did this.
Even taking these fixes into account, the general quality of their work was not excellent. For example, they used a few discolored redwood slats in the fence, which makes it look ugly.
Summary: They’re cheap, and you get what you pay for.
