Call Josh. I have relied on Josh for over 6 years to get me out of the problems I unwittingly caused with my Mac. I mostly respect his ability to explain what caused the problems and how not to repeat my errors. Recently he retrieved an app for me that I spent hours trying to recover and did it without coming to my home. My system has worked wonderfully since he first installed it and I confidently recommend him. He is also a nice guy!

We all know that sinking feeling when something goes haywire with our computer! Most of us are connected to it first thing in the morning, and last thing at night. I moved out here about 5 years ago after my husband died. The first time I was confronted with an issue I could not trouble shoot on my own, I asked people on our condo building who might be able to help me. There was a resounding answer, «go to JOSH. He is your „go to“ source.» Josh was, (and is), prompt, precise and polite. He most definitely knows how to tackle any problem I have ever had. He explains what he is doing, thus he has taught me a great deal. He suggests more possibilities to make my computer even more secure but never pushes me to do more than I want to.
Thankfully, Josh is very knowledgeable in every area I have had to confront, and I no longer have that panic type of feeling, knowing he is just a phone call away. His rates are fair, and Josh comes to me, rather than my having to go to him. I am very grateful for his knowledge and availability. I have never heard anything but positive comments about him, and surely add my vote of confidence.
