Dr. Avirah was very cheerful and helpful. I highly recommend her. She is very patient and thorough, and she cares that you understand the answers to your questions instead of just trying to quickly give an accurate answer. Working with her was satisfying and clarifying. My primary doctor in San Francisco wasn’t available when I got sick in the middle of the night, so I made an appointment with Dr. Avirah instead and drove to Palo Alto to see her that morning. It was very easy to book the appointment online, and it is easy to see any provider you choose within the group. I waited for fewer than five minutes, and the front desk people are really attractive. It’s the details that count! They have their own labs for bloodwork and vaccinations, and they accept a lot of different insurance providers
