This company is evil. The people here aren’t evil, they just work for an evil overlord that takes their soul. They see nothing wrong with not terminating your service when you ask, then charging you until you cancel your credit card.
Good luck if you signed up with them.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Conference rooms and offices are well equipped and appointed. Wired and wireless services work smoothly.

Dissatisfied!
This place seems like an office suite where you can rent out space for a small group or even rent out a temporary meeting space. This particular one I went to had that old school office feel to it.
I stopped by here to make sure everything ran smoothly with a video conference for work. I’ve never heard of this place before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. As soon as we got there we were greeted by nice, friendly staff. The call had already been connected for us so it seemed great. And if you’re just going to have a regular face to face video conference it’s not bad.
The person I was helping out was giving a talk that involved slides. Normally this isn’t a big deal especially since they used LifeSize Room units. However, no vga or dvi cables were available. Called the front desk and they suggested calling the 800 support number. Seriously? So I just ran back to our office which is 2 blocks away to grab the stuff. Came back and pretty much just set everything up without any assistance from any support staff.
The way the room is set up is not that ideal either. Camera was pointed away from the door which is cool, but there’s a glass window next to the door where you can see people walking around which can be really distracting, especially for a speaker.
All in all. Not that great unless you have just plain conference going on.
