I first met Joan Plastiras in 2005. As a dentist by profession, I was considering opening a dental office and was searching for a suitable location. At the time, Joan was representing the owners (sellers) of a commercial complex at the Two Worlds Complex in Mountain View.
While that particular situation did not suit me at the time, I was very impressed with Joan’s enthusiasm and outgoing personality. I understood that she was a commercial property owner herself, and after conversing with her, I quickly learned that she clearly had a firm grasp of the market conditions in the Bay Area. We kept in touch over the next several years. When the time was right for me to enter into the market again, I contacted Joan immediately.
Joan is a very compassionate individual and shows a great deal of concern for the welfare of her clients. Joan took the time to listen to my needs in order to ensure that whatever property we went with would be suitable for my needs.
I ended up purchasing with Joan’s assistance a commercial property in Palo Alto. Almost four years onwards, I am very pleased with that decision and have absolutely no regrets.
