Pops and Dots

I had Pops and Dots make our custom wedding cake (added picture).
Their cake pops are delicious, and they look amazing. And Cara is awesome!
She’s friendly and flexible and uses uses the best ingredients, and her prices are great too.
And I can’t forget her thoughtfulness a few weeks before my wedding. I introduced her to my decorator to coordinate the color details, and she took care of it without needing my involvement :)
She went above and beyond!

As the one who plans events for my company, I’m always looking for new and exciting treats to bring in to the team.
I met Cara at the San Mateo Summerfest Street Fair and loved how big and beautifully presented the cake pops were. I took a card and sure enough, my company decided to order treats and I knew exactly what I was going to choose.
Cara delivered it to us which is a huge convenience on our part, and she put each dozen in a gift bag with tissue paper and everything! It’s the simple details that make me appreciate businesses like these!
We ordered almost one of every flavor, but I had the red velvet s’mores. The cake was really moist and flavorful and it was surrounded by a delicious chocolate shell. The sprinkles get kind of messy, but that’s a given.
For cake pops, they are at a pretty decent price point and she gave us a discount since we stopped by the booth at the street fair.
Overall, we had a very satisfied staff and I’m definitely a fan!

I was lucky enough to try a Pop and Dots cake pop yesterday and absolutely LOVED it. This is not your average cake pop — these are very special treats, and it is obvious from the flavors, the packaging, and the presentation that the owners of this company take great pride in their product. I would highly recommend these for a birthday party, a gift, or a fun dessert for a dinner party. Also, the owners are super kind people who I’m sure would work with you personally to create the perfect cake pop dessert for your event. Try the double chocolate cake pop — it’s SO good!

Absolutely delicious!!! Moist cake center with divine chocolate coating and perfect balance of salty sweet. When I finished my first cake pop, I wanted more! Very friendly owners– professional and would recommend to anyone.

Interesting flavors compared to other cake pops, with both fruit and ‘regular’ style cake pops! Can’t wait to have more!

I tried some of the cake pops, one of my coworkers brought them in. Very tasty! The S’mores cake pop was particularly good. I’m looking forward to driving up the peninsula to check this place out and check out other items on the menu.

I tried some Pops and Dots samples the owners were experimenting with before they opened. Yum! Big flavors in a small package. Give this place a try.
