Michael C Pascoe, Attorney at Law

This is my first review on Unilocal but I could not not write a review for Michael Pascoe. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I retained him to help me with a very difficult custody battle with my ex husband who was asking for full physical and legal custody of my two children. The attorney I had hired before him gave me no hope. I was a lost cause. One of the first thing Michael told me was «I can’t guarantee that I’ll win but I will fight like hell for you». That’s all I needed to hear. He ended up calling my husband’s attorney before our court hearing date and wrote a great agreement that both my husband and I agreed to sign. Didn’t even have to show up in court!!! Michael is truly the best out there!!! I could never thank him enough!!!

I run a small high technology company that faced a «David and Goliath» situation with a powerful agency of the U.S. government. Two months after retaining Michael, the case was resolved in the company’s favor, an amazing feat considering the reputation of this federal agency for intimidating small businesses. Michael worked as a fearless advocate for the company. While I was in a state of anxiety, Michael was calm and assured. He always sought my input and approval at critical stages of the process. He communicated with me as necessary, clarified his many questions with me, and we strategized on next-​steps, with Michael explaining their possible consequences.
I felt the company was in capable hands during the entire process, with someone who was smart and easy to work with. He was also reasonable with his charges (I worked previously with multiple attorneys on my mother’s estate and some billables were pretty outrageous.) Did I mention Michael’s unquestionable integrity?
The silver lining to the company’s legal situation was finding Michael Pascoe and Silicon Valley Law Offices. Michael has deservedly earned the company’s future business and my family’s business. A side-​note: Had I previously known about Michael, I would have gone straight to him at the first hint of the situation with the feds. I am certain that it would have saved time, anxiety, and money by nipping the problem in the bud.

I highly recommend Michael Pascoe! He was very knowledgable, efficient, kind and understanding. He made me feel safe and looked after during a recent prenuptial case. He caught a few things that weren’t at my best interest and had it revised. I’m so thankful for him!!!

He’s got a wide range of knowledge about not only law, but real estate and finance as well. With his help I set up a private escrow for the sale of my property; Michael’s calm, inventive approach to problem solving preventing the deal from unraveling several times.

I needed an attorney to review a contract for me with a quick turnaround time, and Michael Pascoe was there for me. I called, and he met with me that afternoon. He was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and was even quick to respond to my follow up questions.
