McDonald’s

Apparently it’s not open twenty four hours. Me and another whole line of cars, waited and waited but there’s nobody home. 4÷29÷16 0230

This place has probably the worst service. Every time I order something there is an item missing.
I try to give them a chance since it’s close by but they are not doing a good job.

Been waiting in the drive thru for almost 20 mins now. Horrible service!!! I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Folks here need to work on friendliness and pay attention to what the customer is saying to them.

Got food poisoning on Saturday from the all day breakfast at 4pm and the rest of our food was overcooked. Do they make food fresh at all? Everything tasted like it was in warmer for hours. Don’t order breakfast all day here!

They get a star for their consistently «good» food, but it’s not like the line was wrapped around the parking lot??? I was like the 3^rd car in line behind the person currently ordering and it took me 20 minutes to get out of there. I got a Sprite and some nuggets… TWENTY minutes! The whole reason I came here was because I didn’t have time to get something decent to eat. Big mistake. The Mickey D’s over on Almaden in the Safeway plaza parking lot is so fast that you barely stop to pay and pick up your food. I’ll go out of my way to hit that one up, but this one is crossed off of my list forever.

This place is horrible on service. Took 15 minutes to get a number 3. Do not go here.

Worst McDonald ever. The rookie cashier can’t take the order right. I asked for a #2 meal he entered in #1. I asked for a small Coke he charged me for a medium Coke. I asked for a big breakfast he gave me a big breakfast with hot cake. And almost everyone who got their order had issue with it. Garbage management.

Over 20 minutes to get a number 5 for breakfast… really??? I even went inside because the drive through had about 30 cars line. If I’m going to consume a 600 calorie breakfast sandwich I want it fast and over with so I can forget as quickly as possible that I just ate McDonalds.

If I could give it zero stars I would. By far the nastiest bathrooms I have ever been in. This is so sick I threw the food away.

I would give this place a negative if I could. Fries are cold and chicken nuggets are hard and cold. I would never return here again. I can see why because this is a dead plaza!!!

Un-​welcomed, no greetings. I’ve been coming to McDonald’s my whole 30years of age. Every time I arrive there is something they don’t have ready on there meal. I arrived at 1215am today, I asked for there after midnight sausage mc muffin and they said they weren’t ready. I asked after 10 min of waiting for our order and still were very unprofessional, not ready. Will not recommend.

Fries were so soggy and oily and salty… Plus the delivery here sucks. She got here late and the food was cold. I was promised gourmet dinner i was flabbergasted by the poor service and quality of the dinnaar of the evening combo specials. She even forgot out drinks. Like she came in to my home and went straight into my room. Mcdonalds is stepping its game up right their. Props my nigga ronald. Very disappointed

Wish i could Give it a zero. People here cant count aline acknowledge you at the order speaker. They all need to go back to pre school and learn how to count and speak

The worst McDonalds ever. Dirty, rude, super slow. 15mins wait for a cup of coffee.

I’ve given these guys a few chances as I work near by. But they really are bad.
All summer they didn’t offer shakes, each of the 5 times I came by, I was told the machine was broken. (Presumably it was never fixed). And more often than not the counter staff is rude, or at least unfriendly.
Today, I went inside instead of the drive through. And asked «are mc’flurrys available?» It took three people to figure out if the shake machine worked. The young woman behind the counter and took 7 seconds to dump vanilla ice cream into a cup, and mash a couple of M&M’s into it. Then handed it to me ¾ full.(see photo)
I guess she noticed my quizzical face, and asked in a rude tone, «what? You want more ice cream?» Also they were out of large lids for drinks.
You would think with this many bad reviews, corporate would get involved a bit. Who ever the franchiser is that owns this location, is doing a very poor job on hiring, training, and general upkeep of the store. Basically the owner is costing on location alone, and that’s sad.

Twice now going there once at the drive up window and once inside I was not given what I ordered. It appears the person does not understand that I ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg, at the drive up I was given a ham mcmuffin and just on Friday I got the sausage mcmuffin. When I looked at the receipts neither one listed the sausage mcmuffin with egg. So it is my fault I did not compare the receipt with what I actually ordered — that’s lame.
I will not come back, since I have to make sure that I am getting 100% of what I ordered and if not going thru the hassle of exchanging the order…
The service is very slow inside

I live right down the street from this McDonalds and they suck balls. The drive thru people are RUDE!!! Had to cuss them out a couple of times cuz their attitudes need to be fixed. I’m sure all those guys standing at the Home Depot parking lot looking for work could do a better job. 9 out of 10 times my order has been wrong. And if u check your bags while you are at the window they ask u to move. No b**ch… u keep F**kin up my order every time I come so I’m checking it… they need some new management here. Just because its in the ghetto dont mean they got to be ghetto. I think I’m going to call Ronald about this. Lol

It was a cheat day and the boys won their bball game.
Ultimately they wanted to come here.

Haha, this place is too funny. I went there today and went to the drive through. There was a guy who was taking orders using an iPad or something similar taking orders before you got to the speaker kinda like In N Out. Inside my head I was going…“Hmm, not bad for McDs”. Then I realize that I can’t see the menu and told him I need to see the menu. He seemed totally confused by this. OK, I know many folks know what they want before they come here but I also know many folks want to see the menu.
I drive up to the menu thingie and a guy on the speaker says he is ready to take my order. Then he tells me to wait and without turning off his microphone starts chatting with someone else about how they fix an order. This kept going on for 5 mts and I just left. This was not fast food and that is the only reason I go to McDs. I would eat somewhere else I had more time.
