Really cute stuff, some of it kind of expensive. Biggest turn off was customer service. I was scolded for taking a picture when she saw me «on camera.» It would be one thing if they had signs stating no pictures, I would be respectful, but there wasn’t. I kind of felt attacked and I was potentially a paying customer! (I had merchandise in my hands that I intended to buy) She just wasn’t very polite about it and it turned me off, so I walked out not purchasing anything. If its that big of a deal, post a sign.
Edit — just went onto their website to see that the lady was the owner. She told me «I’ll get in trouble if they see you taking pictures on the cameras.» Hmmm, seems fishy.

This Shop is just Fantastic! It is a very cozy and a comfy place. I went in with my little sister, and the Lady owner was such a darling to her! I do not remember, what my sister bought, i just paid the bill, but seeing a person be so nice to my little princess just makes me tell everyone, about this nice shop :)

Great store in downtown Palo Alto. The prices are reasonable and so many things to buy. If you are looking for a teachers gifts, mother’s day gift or even a hostess gift, this is the place for you. Go check it out!!!

Adorable place! Love being able to walk in to the store knowing that I need a hostess gift and come out with something cute and affordable. Great customer service and hand done gift wrap. They have a variety of home accessories and fun personal items.
