Awesome place! A wide variety of whatever kind of kink you’re looking for. AND nearly every product has a working display! The team working there was friendly, approachable, and fun.

Went there to do some fun shopping with my lady. Store is very clean and bright, though it’s not as large as other GV locations. It was nice to be able to touch many of the items on display to get the feel for what you’re buying. My GF purchased a Unilocal deal while in the store and we were told that we had to purchase OVER the voucher amount. (our deal was $ 20 for $ 10) So we dug around for a bit and found some stockings for my gal that put us just over. Though this was the first time we’ve ever been told you must buy more to get your deal.
Interesting store we’ll probably visit one of the SF stores next time.

Pretty nice place. Lots of great toys and accessories. Love that you are able to touch and try just about everything.
My only issue was that I purchased a Unilocal deal, and was told my total had to be over the voucher amount. My total was a couple dollars under, so I wound up getting stockings, which were kid of pricey but a really nice quality.
Just thought it was odd that we had that issue. I had purchased deals a couple of times where my total was less and had no issue.

Don’t go there if you look «Young». The employee interrogated my boyfriend and I (even though she had seen us and checked us out multiple times). She made us leave the store, even after showing the coupons we received from being members and explaining that me and my boyfriend are well above 18 years old. (He had ID, I didn’t). We’ll never shop here again, I suggest you do the same.

I went in to get a «sorry you were dumped» gift. I asked one of the employees about what she would suggest as far as a vibrator was concerned, a tough question since there are so many. She helped me for a good 10 minutes, very friendly and very knowledgable. The store itself was inviting and clean.
Will definitely be back!

The store was well stocked really clean and we enjoyed it. However, the clerk («Chloe» from receipt. She had red braids) was incredibly rude. We won’t go back. She made us feel uncomfortable while we were shopping (coming up to us and following us around the store even after we told her we didn’t need help). When we made our purchase, she tried talking us out of what we bought telling us we should be buying something else and continued to give us glances and body language that made us feel like we were unwanted customers. She should have some training in customer service, especially in a store of this nature. If she were my employee, is be mortified.

Er, I stopped by for another visit.
No one cool works there anymore. One chick was friendly, but the one who was «helping» me seemed more condescending and judgmental. Not exactly traits you want when you’re looking at these sorts of products (and have questions).
I asked about a specific Kegel exerciser — I have one, but was curious about this other one (since it was fancier). So I asked about it. That was the mistake. She basically explained to me what those types of toys were (which I already stated that I knew, and had one), and then explained what the packaging said. All in this flat, condescending tone.
Sorry, but if you can’t be bothered to help me, nor add any useful/​personal advice, why do you work here? Or why do you work in retail at all?
Probably not coming back. The stores in the city are much better.

I bought a We-​Vibe here. I’ve been looking around for it and got it here. The staff was very helpful. The shop is clean and nice with a good overview on their selection.
We will be back. It’s a nice place to find grown up toys…

Great place to shop for all your pleasure needs.
The staff here is wonderful full of smiles and info very helpful… my bf and I came across GV and decided to go in and check it out we were both surprised at how clean and nice this store was.
No more driving all the way to sf for me this is deff going to be my new spot.
They have a great selection of videos books toys and lingeries… The one thing that caught our eye was the new pulsator toy it’s not your typical vibrator… ok I Won’t say to much you will have to come and find out what it is… all I can say is that you will not be disappointed :)

Yes, totally love it here. The whole set up of the shop is so nice and organized. I would say good selection, I’ve only been to 2 other shops and this one definitely had way more selection than the other two. The sales person there (she has tattoos&piercings. I think piercings, for sure tattoos) was totally helpful and knowledgeable of the products there and even showed me how some were used by demonstrating using other toys (I know so funny when you read it lol). But totally comfortable coming here. Nice atmosphere, nice salesperson. Although because of the price of some of the toys I’ll have to bring my bf to pay them instead lol.
