I am not impressed by the service given to me by this moving company. I didn’t have much furnitures to move except for the bed. The nature of work is simply to move my at around 25 boxes which contains necessities. the screws of my table were missing and therefore could not put it together. I called the driver and asked him to return a call to me and didn’t. The furniture arrive later than expected which is after 2 or 3 days from the scheduled date. I specifically made myself available on specific date that they mentioned that it will be coming but they deferred 2x. The one who drop off my stuffs were in a bad mood and absolutely not professional. He also made himself so scary then later on requested for a tip, which is not at all the case for other moving company,. I myself is generous if I’m satisfied with the service but since I am not I would not even intend to give anything. The guy who drop off my stuffs argued that since I am on the 2nd floor, I should be charged more. The guy is even raising his voice while talking to me as if he is scaring me with his voice. However, it was clearly explained to me when they quoted that even though I lived on the 2nd floor, I should not have any charge. Make sure this is in black and white. Here’s the breakdown of charges and discount. Total Tariff $ 1710.00 Tariff Discount: 59.06% -$ 1010.00 Basic Estimate Price $ 700.00 Fuel Surcharge: 5.00% $ 35.00 Total Moving Quote $ 735.00 I am not recommending this mover!

When researching moving companies, all I could find was the Better Business Bureau but I thought this review would be helpful and maybe save some future movers ! I hired this company for a move from Sacramento to the Bay Area… and here was what I ended up getting from this company: 1) The time frame for pickup was between 2 – 4 but the movers did NOT show up until 9PM, after I had to call them 3 times 2) The original estimate was increased by the Drivers when they got to the property and the movers would NOT even begin packing until I agreed and 3) I did not get to the new location until after 1:30AM. The contract stated that they guaranteed same day delivery and that I would be satisfied. I spoke with the manager several times and he was very apologetic and wanted to make amends. I asked for a nominal refund to make up for the extremely late moving times, he forwarded my complaint to their customer service department who simply stated I would Not be receiving any refund. I highly recommend you choose your movers wisely, even if the cost is more, you do get what you pay for. Also research with the Better Business Bureau as well as research licenses with the Dept of Transportation.
