Apple Store

Great store. Larger brighter very pretty yes. Was happy until i found out there’s NO PUBLIC BATHROOM. Seriously? You build a shop for customer’s experience, so we can browse and enjoy ourselves, and you have no bathroom for me to use? I have been an apple fan since the lil peep-​squeak Apple SE, guys. And yes, at my age, I’d like to be able to use the bathroom. So please, add a bathroom for your customers who is willing to pay a premium for your products. And the attitude I got from the staff when I asked where the bathroom was, «we dont have a public bathroom» and they walk away, I feel like Apple is telling me Apple is doing me a favor that I’m there. Good customer service is what got your here. don’t forget that. Your gadget was cool but customer service made you better. Don’t forget that your customers are humans. REALLY, please let your customers use your bathrooms.

Newly opened Apple Store! BIGGER, BRIGHTER and BETTER location with high glass ceilings! This place is HUGE!!! The only problem is since it’s all glass, you can hear the people talking even across the room! Too freaking loud and noisy yo! Other than that, still awesome store with great service from the staff!
