Love the service and the owner. I got my first waxing and was terrified that I was going to experience a lot of pain. Donna was great and talked me through everything. She even emailed me prior to my appointment and suggested that I take ibuprofen an hour before. I did apply lidocaine so I know that was a factor in the lack of pain, but bottom line, I barely flinched. Everything is very sanitary… no double dipping in the wax. She used a new applicator for each application of wax. I like the fact that Donna is an RN so she really can speak to the side affects of the various services she provides. Already made my next «maintenance» appointment with her. Highly recommend and you can’t be her prices either.
