Comics & Paperbacks Plus

Comics & Paperbacks Plus is a shop located on Main St Palmyra, a borough between Harrisburg and Lebanon. They are in the converted ground level of a house, so parking is on the street. The shop is spread across several rooms and the only concern with this setup is handicap accessibility, as the rooms are a little narrow.
Stock is spread across the rooms, hallways, and closets. It can seem maze like but is clean and well organized. New pull selection is good, with racks everywhere. Short boxes are also everywhere, with an excellent selection that has surprising depth. Has a fair Manga selection, not usual for comic shops. Perhaps the most unique feature of this shop is the paperback book selection, with a surprising amount of stock. I did not see any Graphic Novels when exploring the shop. The only comment I would make is some of the stock seemed dated and possibly a sale is needed to thin out less relevant items.
Owner knew his shop well, answered every question we asked, and showed us the location of every item we asked about. What was more impressive was he knew the local comic shop scene, as many shop owners do not. I will be returning to this impressive comic shop that arguably in the extended Harrisburg area could be the best.

Large, quaint comic & paperback store right on Main Street (422) in Palmyra. A quick 2-​block walk from anywhere downtown (and when you’re in downtown Palmyra, pretty much anything is a quick walk away).
These guys are terrific. I have them save a certain series for me that releases a new issue monthly, and they do so without any complaint whatsoever. Prices are low, selection is HUGE, and they have plenty of collectibles to keep most enthusiasts happy.
The staff here is ALWAYS very nice, have gone out of their way several times, and are very knowledgeable.
I keep coming back to them and will continue to do so. First-​rate service always goes a long way with me.
