I agree with Mark Z. Lots of promises and no follow through. Too many things to list them all. Be warned. We’ve had our RV which we bought from Manatee RV For 3 months now. Everytime we take it out for a weekend trip something else goes wrong. During the buying process we were promised lots of fixes and 3 months later, still not fixed. They have known about our big 3,000 mile trip since the day we bought. Leaving in 2 weeks and yup, still not fixed. Whatever you do, get any promises in writing. Once the sale is made, you are no longer a priority.

We found that manatee had rthe rv we were looking for. But the reality is that there is a lot of misrepresentation. We made travel plans and vacation plans around this purchase. These plans were communicated well over a month before we agreed to pick up the rv. The short story is it was not working, was filthy, and after waiting for 3 days and our plans were ruined, we flew home. No offer to offset our substantial out of pocket costs specifically incurred because of their misrepresentation and careless attitude. No apology, no nothing. Just one excuse after another. Be warned. We came from Maine to make this purchase, and are relieved that we did not wire the purchase amount as they requested. Please take your own mechanic and do everything in person. Do not trust any verbal claims.
